My tv bed had stopped working and as it was out of warranty Benson for beds advised me to contact this company for support. My husband phoned and left his details for a call back. The engineer called and helped my husband re sync the mechanism and got the problem resolved in 5 minutes. Excellent Service.

Before Christmas I sent a photograph of a remote for a bed/tv your reply was to ask me to register which I did. I have not heard from you since and on logging in today I can find no record of my enquiry. I am at a loss.

Stephen of BSSB provided excellent customer service to supply me the missing motor from Benson in a very efficient manner. Called on yesterday morning and get the motor on today.

Excellent customer service. We bought a bed from Benson for Beds a few years ago and the remote has broken.
I contacted BSSB and they dealt with issue straight away with ease and no problems. I had a new remote within a few days, with full instructions it up.

Purchased a TV bed from Bensons for Beds and within a year or to the USB charger failed. I thought I would contact them to see if spares were available. After providing them with the invoice for the bed they happily agreed to send out the spare parts and asked whether I would like an engineer to fit it or whether I would do it myself.
Being an electrical engineer I've got no problem fitting it and they sent me out a whole box of spare parts. I've read some of the reviews on here but I can't fault their customer service on this occasion.

BSSB Furniture provide decent beds, but as a company they are not 100% reliable. Having completely snubbed the pleas from myself, and trusted the words from the lying engineer that broke my TV / Bed, they haven't made any efforts to rectify the situation, and just ignored the situation. Hopefully the whole mess will be sorted but I do not trust BSSB, Homeserve or Bensons for Beds. Worst experience of my life.

Steven in your office was outstanding, I received a more than poor service from Bensons For Beds, (where I purchased the goods) I looked up the people that actually made my bed (BSSB) I was ill informed on my rights with the warranty from Bensons.
I wanted a second opinion so I contacted BSSB...I received a call back very quickly, I explained about the remote for my TV bed had broken and he ordered a replacement on next day delivery for no fee or charge and informed me that I get a 2 year warranty when bensons told me I only get 6 months. He was amazing and was hassle free Keep up the good work!!!
