My jade tree bonsai died after 3…

My jade tree bonsai died after 3 months, called many times, woman I spoke to was gruff, dismissive and mostly just taking the position of why the tree was dying and what I did to kill it. No help, she said since I bought through Amazon that all I get is 1 month warranty. They told me to wait a few months for it to leaf out. Do this, do that, don’t do this, did everything they said and trees died, my Chinese sweet plum went same way, tried to blame it on time of year I bought it . Same stuff. Grafted ficus same thing, now I have a Fukien tea, Chinese elm and Hawaiian umbrella yre that I had to totally take apart and save. They appear to have high turnover and their training is suspect of each tree appears to be handled differently. Be careful with these folks suspect at best. Had great success with Lou’s bonsai, eastern leaf and the Etsy folks. I personally will not buy or recommend buying any future trees from them….

Unprofessional and Poor Quality

My experience with Brussel's Bonsai was displeasing! After ordering a serissa bonsai and upon it's arrival, the appearance of the tree was completely contrary to the pictures online. With knowledge that the tree's roots would be exposed and a cascading appearance to the trunk, the tree I received was damaged. The roots were almost completely detached from the soil and the base of the trunk was completely detached/exposed from the soil and completely leaning on it's side, NOT cascading! After explaining the condition of the tree and sending pictures, Chris continued to challenge my description and try to convince me that the tree's appearance was not in error. Eventually spoke with Brussel and reiterated the aforementioned description and was met with resistance and discourteousness. After telling Brussel the tree was not what was advertised online he told me to return the tree, he would send me pictures of other series's to choose from, and mail me one of my choice. I mailed the tree back to Brussel's Bonsai and never received any correspondence, a call, or an apology. After a week, I called and requested a refund. Lost almost $100.00 with this company! Totally unprofessional behavior, poor quality bonsai, and impolite attitude! Don't recommend!

Poor customer service

Don't expect this company to stand by their product. I received one as a gift and over the winter all the leaves fell off. I thought maybe it was just going through a normal process, but it never came back. I emailed to ask for advice and they essentially said, sorry, your plant is dying, too bad for you. The 30 day return period was long over. Terrible customer service.

Fantastic trees!

I needed a new hobby and decided why not? I ordered 3 trees—Ginseng Ficus, Hawaiian umbrella and Golden gate. They were delivered in three days in two orders. Packaging was fantastic there was no damage to trees or pots. The trees are beautiful and the pots are ceramic and very cute. I just got them a week ago so time will tell. I will have no hesitation ordering from this company again!
