Pretty ring but overpriced
Felt like products were over priced. Ring was pretty and unique but I don’t think any were >1/8 carat and ring was over $2.5K. I was disappointed with free gift as the diamond looked like a tiny chip in real life. Obviously the close up was extremely close up but it was free.

Was sent a different ring
My order came 10 days later than expected. When it finally arrived it wasn’t my ring I purchased but some $30 dollar etsy ring. When I called customer service they took “notes” then told me to mail the item back. When I get the email with the return label the email talks about how the ring will be evaluated for repair and sent back. I’m getting married in less than 10 days and have no wedding band for my bride and I’m out hundreds of dollars.

Not happy with customer service after we left the store.
Everything in the store was amazing. Staff was fun and very helpful. Once my ring was shipped off on June 13 for the metal credit and upgraded ring I have been nothing but disappointed. I had three different phones taking care of payment and was assured all 3 times we would be notified about expedited shipping with in 24-48 ours and not once were we. I called on July 1st to check on the status and was told it was in quality inspection and they guaranteed me it would delivered on July 3rd. July 2nd we get an email that my order was delayed and my ring had to be remade and I would not receive it now until July 15th. Due to my many calls I know my ring had been done and in quality control for a week prior to this. I don't understand why it was not checked until the day before it had been promised and was to be shipped.

The ring broke immediately after I put it on, the pearl fell off. Customer service kept bouncing me from a chat bot to chat bot. The cost to have it fixed was unacceptable as it broke upon receipt. So I glued it back together myself. I will not be purchasing from you again.
