I was wrongly charged. They charged me 6 times in a row when it should be only one time. I requested the refund and only got 2, still waiting for other 3. There's no chat live only email and takes time for them answer

I am very satisfied with this service from Bright side. I have only had good experiences. And I have come a long way. Two ladies one is my psychiatrist and one is my therapist and they both are outstanding. I still have a lot of growing to do but they have they see my change from the beginning to now I am truly a much better person because of bright side and the people that they have put in my life to select to help me they are the greatest and I thank God my father God for them to be of a part of my experience. I guess you could say a part of my journey. I thank God for them being in my life and I thank God for bright side you guys are the greatest please continue the good work.

Very disappointed with the Ucard, it showed a $35 dollars balance, I went to Dollar general and it only approved $20 dollars,I got food but my balance still is $35, I don't understand
