The staff responds quickly, racked my server in a reasonable amount of time, and is generally knowledgeable. Jon, especially, has been extremely helpful. The value proposition is great coming from aws.

I sent in a support ticket at 12:48pm ET.
At 12:53 Ryan responded via email as well my client portal that they are looking into it. At 12:58pm Ryan notified again of the procedures they took.
At 1:05 pm I logged into the server and all is well. All systems will have issues at some time. After that, it's all the support.
This is a level of expert tech support which I have never experienced elsewhere.

I’ve been with Breeze Host for about 2 years, and they have never disappointed. Recently, I completely messed up something on my dedicated server, submitted a ticket, and within 24 hours, Ryan was on-site to fix the issue. Now everything is working as good as new! Their quick response and hands-on support are unmatched—most providers would take 3–5 days to resolve something like this. Breeze Host continues to deliver outstanding service

I got a personal email from Jon about 30 minutes after I ordered -- on a Sunday, no less! -- apologizing because he didn't have the dedicated server I ordered ready to go in the location I picked. He gave me two options: get it tomorrow in my preferred location, or get it immediately in a different location. I didn't get to pick a location when I bought my offer — but the other location he offered was hundreds of miles closer to my house. Big win.
