Poor customer service. There are obvious defects in the fabric. Despite sending several pictures, customer service will not accept my return. If you want to risk receiving a defective iten, it runs larger, order a size down.

Customer service was very responsive when I needed to update the delivery address. Shipping was surprisingly quick! Packing left a little to be desired. The box was a bit too small for the saddle and lacked adequate packing material which resulted in a scuff on the cantle and wrinkles in the flap.

HORRIBLE
HORRIBLE. They do not have a return portal on their website. They tell you to email them if you want to initiate a return. Then they don’t respond. When they eventually do respond, after multiple emails, they ask more questions about the return that are not necessary to process it. Without actually giving you return instructions. They do not answer the phone. NEVER use this site.
