If I could give zero I would! I have emailed several times! I tried to order a wedding ring set for my fiancé and I early June. Payment went through all was good. A few days later the money was returned and I called and was told the credit dept did not approve the purchase. Okay fine. No problem. We found our rings somewhere else, life moves on. Well this month early July I had my card debited for the same purchase again! I received a thank u for your order email and everything. I haven’t tried to make another purchase since I was denied so how they were able to approve an ACH transaction that had already been denied and cancelled blows my mind but what’s worse is I’m now being blown off. Can’t get anyone on the phone my emails go unanswered and I still don’t have tracking on the rings I supposedly purchase?!
