I already responded! Is there some glitch in your system?
I have always been happy with the flowers, but was disappointed in this order--which I gave as a gift.
Ordering on line, there was a coupon code for a double order on certain bouqs. I selected based on that but the order was not double. I am not feeling good about your web prescence.

I ordered a biweekly flower subscription from Bouqs for my mom, and she absolutely loved it! The flowers arrived in a discreet box, so she never guessed what was inside until I called her — such a fun surprise. She was blown away by how fresh and beautiful they were. I also recently sent roses to my best friend for her birthday, and she was just as thrilled. I really appreciate that Bouqs offers small, medium, and large sizes for each bouquet — it makes it easy to fit any occasion or budget. Highly recommend!

I have attempted to stop my subscription but I get redirected and then get kicked back and frustrated and give up for the moment.
I am not satisfied with the bouquets. They do not always make a pretty bouquet in a vase and our experience is they do not last very long. Honestly, the $8-10 bunch of flowers we can choose at Kroger are much more vibrant and live much longer.
