I can't speak to the long-term quality of the mattress yet as we just received it today, but I can say it seems to be exactly what we hoped for and tested out in store. I can say that the customer service has been incredible throughout --- from the in store reps explaining all of our options and making us feel good about our purchase and answering the many questions we had, to the rescheduling of the delivery when our bed frame from another company got delayed, and ultimately Ralph and Alpha being the best delivery guys you could ever ask for who went out of their way to help us adjust our bed frame to get the mattress to our preferred height, we are extremely satisfied with our experience and highly recommend Urban Mattress.

When shopping in the showroom, there is no pressure at all. William answered all my questions and helped me find the mattress that was best for me. The delivery men were outstanding. I can't say enough good things about them. They are professionals at their job and made sure everything was set up exactly as I wanted.

Ken was very helpful in finding the right mattress. As a side sleeper that needed firm support but without putting my arm to sleep, Ken was able to find the right balance. Love the mattress!
