Customer service was excellent! I had a problem with a power outage on an extremely busy Saturday night with Bottle POS not connecting to the internet. Saumil was very patient with me while I was busy with customers and he walked me through solutions to fix the issue. Everything was working great after that!!

We were forced to 'Go Live' after our…

We were forced to 'Go Live' after our old program crashed and left us hanging, and we had to close our store! After chatting with other tech guys, we were given ROSHAN!!! OMG! He was AWESOME! He was quickly able to get us up and running and SAVED US! He was SOOOO helpful to us, and answered every question we asked! Great guy with a lot of help!
Hope if we ever need help again we can 'Request' his professional help again! Thank you, Thank you!!!

I still despise this software

I still despise this software. Just this week, I've had yet another void that doesn't void the payment, leaving us with an unhappy customer because of their payment system, yet again. The integration with Door Dash is a joke. No one in their tech support can say with definity where the process stands. In the early weeks of the "integration," we've got incorrect pricing that has led to several refunds that have had to be effected -- a giant time suck that leaves unhappy customers in its wake. I lost two hours yesterday trying to straighten out issues caused by this clumsy software. Hate it.
