No confirmation from the booking…

No confirmation from the booking company!! Then being assessed an additional charge of $37 for reservation protection. Then I had to phone the hotel reservations to confirm my reservation and another call to request the refund of reservation protection.

Ms Bethany with a smile 😊

Ms Bethany was very patient with me as I was trying to decide my dates.
Plus the gentleman earlier today hung up on me and got flustered with my questions.
Ms Bethany wore a smile on the phone, took her time and answered any questions I had to help me make my decision.

The reservationist

The reservationist, Tori, was top-notch! She helped me navigate a hotel that I was having difficult time making a reservation. She was patient in very thorough. You are lucky to have her as an employee.

I need a copy of my receipt for booking…

I need a copy of my receipt for booking H11657400. There is no way of contacting customer service. I need to speak to a live individual. Website not helpful with reaching customer service. Sends you in circles. Also says to get receipt from Hotel but Hotel says they do not have 3rd party rate info.
