Expect to wait forever when you order from them. I ordered the 8th of June, was told it would be delayed a few days because of no stock, and it is now the 18th and still no word. I had emailed asking about it and was just told "sorry still out" essentially. 160+ dollar order and it's a little frustrating to now have to explain to my girlfriend her birthday gift didn't arrive before I go down to see her.

I ordered 2 bracelets on the 30th April, paid for the 48 hour delivery. It's the 17th of May and I still do not have them. I have attempted to contact them, to no avail, they just ignore you. Looking at the tracking info, the bracelets went from Gatwick to Yorkshire (I live in London) for some reason. They take your money quickly enough.

Warranty Has Got You Covered, Even If You Lost Your Bond Touch!
My partner unfortunately lost their Bond Touch 4 due to a defect on the strap (the strap comes undone very easily with little effort) and we figured maybe Bond Touch can give us either a replacement or a discount for a new one. To our delight, there was a warranty in place and support was kind enough to not only send a new Bond Touch 4, but also a new pink strap for it! I was very satisfied on how everything turned out!

Sometimes it takes multiple taps to wake up the bracelet, but other than that pretty happy with the bracelets. They shipped and arrived very quickly. I have been wearing mine for almost 2 weeks and haven’t had to recharge it once and currently shows 80% charged, so that’s impressive! Comfortable.

I’m not even in a long distance relationship but my therapist recommended Bond Touch to me. I don’t live with my boyfriend and suffer from PTSD and anxiety. Bond Touch has allowed me to feel more connected to him at times we may not be able to be with each other or when we are not within reach of our phones. I love the product, my partner and I are usually very busy and don’t always have time to send a message letting the other know that we’re thinking about them. So we got some codes set up and even if I’m in the middle of something pressing I can just give a couple of taps to let her know I’m thinking about her and usually I’ll get one back. I just wish the band were a bit different cause it can come off easy if you bump it just right. If you had a band similar to an Apple Watch I would give 5 stars
