I bought two packages of masks a year ago (because there was a sale) and they simply did not arrive. I waited and waited and they didn't come. When I sent an email with all the transaction details, they didn't answer me and didn't get back to me. And in addition, it happened to me that when I tried to order masks from a few years ago (during the Corona period) then their website had problems and made me think that I had not made the purchase when in fact I had. So cyber theft also happened to me with them. I had successful transactions with them, but as time went by, something deteriorated with them to the point of actual cheating.

Sent nearly expired tests!

This vendor was recommended to me on social media as a place to get reliable PPE and covid tests at reasonable prices. Shipping was fast but the tests I received expire in less than 30 days, so that's not super helpful. No one has replied to my multiple emails about this issue

This company is excellent. 10 ⭐️…

This company is excellent and their masks — N95 & KN95 — helped us stay Covid-free for three years and counting (of course we also got vaxxed)! Their customer service is excellent. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from them again and again. Their excellent masks — with an additional filter from filti.com are also exceptional for keeping smoke out of our lungs during these crazy Canadian wildfires drifting across the US. Ten stars Bonafide! Thank you

A really good place to get N95 Masks

I have ordered from Bonafide Masks a few times since the beginning of the Covid pandemic. They always ship promptly. The masks are excellent quality. I will continue to buy from them.

Return customer - great masks and customer service

I have been buying KN95 masks from Bonafide for 2 years. I did a lot of research and they came highly reviewed and were exclusive distributors. ( liked their backstory too)! The Powecom masks fit so well. I have made numerous purchases since but waited too long this time (really thought I wouldn’t need anymore for COVID -wrong!). I got in touch with them and they expedited my order. Great customer service!

Real KN95s

I got the powecom black KN95’s and sizing-wise they’re a little small. I have a small face so they fit me but wouldn’t fit others especially to get a tight seal; 100% real KN95s though, they passed the flame test! And to me, that’s worth it weight in gold right now. Came sealed in packs of 10.

I placed an order on 1/20/22

I placed an order on 1/20/22. After multiple attempts on getting the status and asking for a refund with no response, I opened a case with PayPal. Rather than giving me my refund, they sent the package on 3/1/22 with no response to my PayPal case. Not just terrible customer service, but literally no customer service.

Didn't cancel my order

Wanted to cancel my order, so I sent an email almost immediately after ordering (no cancellation through the website). A few days later, still no response, the order has been shipped. Poor response. Should have systems for self-cancellation without having to go through customer service.

Ordered on 27 December - nothing since

Ordered on 27 December, no correspondence since. Lovely email when you order with the a long spiel and the CEO's email address - I've emailed him and he hasn't responded. Customer Service email inbox is full so any emails to them bounce. Appreciate you are probably getting bombarded but if you can't fulfil a service then don't offer it, or at least communicate to customers there are problems.

I ordered kn95 one week ago

I ordered kn95 one week ago! They charged my credit card and have yet to acknowledge my order! I left 4 or 5 emails of which customer email came back Undelivered due to full box it said! Then contacted them at the ball and chain email they provide and asked them AGAIN, can someone PLEASE communicate with me and if you can’t fulfill order I understand you’re busy but please contact me because I can just make other arrangements! It’s been a week and they’re ignoring my emails but took my money! There’s no shortage of masks they’re everywhere in Lowes etc so I’d like to just have them acknowledge that they at least received my emails! That’s not asking to much when someone takes your money and gives you no answer to your questions! Horrible horrible customer service! Totally ignored!
UPDATE: Still no masks and no replies! It is now 20 days and being ignored and no products but they won’t respond to my request for refund so I guess it’s BBB time or ask my cc company to reverse charges! This is such a terrible way to run a company!!!! 1/20/2022
