I purchased 4 raised planter boxes w/trellis and never received them. I went around and around with customer svc. via email and they told me to contact the Hong Kong shipping company. After reading some of the reviews, I now realize I must have purchased sunglasses instead.... NOT! What a scam!

I ordered a planter with a metal top for my plants. They sent me sunglasses! Now they will not refund me or send me my planter. They said it will be too expensive. Wow! Offered me 10%, then 20%, then 30% then 35% and this is over many many emails. This is crazy! They say sell the sunglasses - what!! I am not in the business of selling cheap sunglasses. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!!!

I already left a 1 star review about this scam company, (ordered 4 garden boxes and they sent packages of seeds) I kept contacting them for several weeks about a refund. They kept offering 20% back. I finally told them I had reported them to facebook, BBB and my bank and the next day I had a full refund posted to my bank account. scammers suck.

Total scam. Ordered garden box and received sunglasses with no description and so large they fit no one. They do reply to emails but excuse this as shipping department “mistake”. Lots of whining about losing money and telling me I could sell the glasses which is impossible as who knows what they are.

I ordered the 2x8 trellis planter box and received gloves as well. U want me to pay shipping for 5$ gloves to China? Scammed. And if here in the US, why do I pay for shipping for their mistake. Scam scam scam

I ordered a double plantar/water system and was charged $60.69. Three weeks later I received 2 pairs of gloves. The company claims the gloves have the same value as the 2' x 8' raised, self-catering garden, with trellis from Vermont. I sent a complaint and was told that it was a shipping error and that gloves have the same value.

I wish I had seen all these terrible reviews before I ordered my garden box. Spent $39.99, and 3 weeks later got garden gloves. Customer service offering 20% back. Chase visa was very cooperative about allowing me to get a refund on charges and they will investigate.

Very poor. Dont order anything you will never get it. Ordered flower bed and got three small things of seed. This company is a scam. This company should be shut down and taken off Facebook sent two emails and nothing.
