Lost item, great customer service
Had some trouble with my local post office, as they marked my order from Bodymod as delivered but no delivery was made. Franco from customer service was very helpful throughout the process and in the end a new package was sent to replace my original order.
I was already a customer of Bodymod and will continue to be in the future!

Very helpful stuff with a great approach to communication. Polite and got straight to the point of my issue. Provided me with a very fast processing of the problem with the delivery that was caused by the postal service and not Body mod itself. I ordered 10 different titan clickers and they arrived after about 5 working days from abroad, it was packed in a super cute hard box drawer I can keep them in and also impossible to be damaged in shipment.
