Great communication and decent price. They were not the cheapest but gave me the greatest sense of security that the job would get done right as we spoke about it.

I deducted a star because the cleanup process left something to be desired. After being bolted down, there was concrete dust left for me to clean up.

The level of workmanship was excellent BUT there was a bit of confusion over scheduling and payment. First, I was told online (by corporate office In California I suspect) that my time was 8AM Saturday, but when the email came through it said 8AM Pacific time, even though I'm in Eastern time....so then I didn't know if is was 8AM Eastern or 11AM. They did say they'd call they day before so I figured I'm get it sorted then. They called they day before, but had to reschedule because one of the team members had an appointment Saturday morning. Okay, no big deal, and they said the new time would be between 9-9:30 Sunday morning. One of the individuals DID show up on time, but he didn't have any tools. He laid out all the parts and waited until almost 11 for his colleague to show up. Around 12:30 my family had to go out for an event featuring one of my kids, and I could see they would not be done before we left because they started assembly later then expected. They said I could Zelle them payment. What wasn't clear is that they were NOT okay with me just Zelle'ing them when I got home from the event, they wanted it immediately on completion...which ended up being right in the middle of the aforementioned event for my kid around 1:30, so I had to scramble to pay them while my kid was on stage. Had both guys been there at 9:30 or even if the first guy had tools with him he could have started work and would have been completed before I needed to leave and could have avoided all these other complications.

All that said, the Gazebo looks very nice and I have no complaints about their actual work.

We started with Mani on texting & he was very patient with me in answering all my questions. The appointment was set up very quickly. The installers came on time, very patient, friendly, & knowledgeable. Everything went smoothly & just took them 3 hours to install the Mirador Adjustable Louvered aluminum pergola. This all happened in two days.

I’m very happy with the services that was provided by BlueFiks I had two skilled technicians that came and build a huge gazebo for me that had sliding doors, windows curtains, extension, roofing. It was a very complicated project, but they did it only in one day!!! they were very detailed, and then I had to final walk-through with them at the end to ensure that no parts were missed according to manual. They followed the instructions and were very professional. I’m very happy with the outcome. They followed all instructions on the manual and were very professional. I’m very happy and I am using BlueFiks for my other future projects!!!

I was initially disappointed due to unexpected fees and some communication challenges during the installation process. After I voiced my concerns, the company proactively reached out to address the situation. They offered a partial refund as a gesture of goodwill, which I found to be a fair resolution. I appreciate their responsiveness and willingness to make things right, demonstrating their commitment to customer satisfaction.

BlueFiks was great and easy to work with! We bought a 10x20' White aluminum Pergola from them (Same price as COSTCO but COSTCO was sold out and couldn't get white). Shipping was pretty quick, and we locked on installation within 2 days. The install crew had it put together and anchored to the deck in one day. Really recommend them for pergolas and Gazebos!
