I have had many shakes in my life time, but the Biome chocolate shakes are fabulous. I like mine on the thicker side, but they taste good, they are filling, and I drink mine early in the morning like 5/6:00 and caves me full until about 3 o’clock. I usually drink them plain, but I’ve added banana bananas, blueberries, and different fruit mix and they taste wonderful.. .

It is a great meal replacement and you feel full. I can’t even drink it all. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because of the powdery taste.

I researched all the so called other diet plans and the ingredients were not half as good as Biome secret. I have been on my weight loss journey for 12 weeks and have lost 21lbs!

Shakes taste great and are a great meal replacement. I am replacing one meal a day with the shakes along with exercise and have lost 8 lbs in 2 weeks.

The shakes are too sweet and don't mix easily. I have to add kefir or sour tasting equivalent to tone down the horrible sweetness of the drinks. I cannot work out how to cancel my subscription or return an order for a full refund - I will not be able to consume the entire first order let alone the second. Please help!

Everything was handled perfectly with Biome Secret regarding customer service and the online ordering experience. When I initially ordered, I did not realize that I was also signing up auto refills.

At this time I am not able to receive an order monthly. I would be happy to return what I have to you. There is no issue with the product. I am just not in a position personally.

I cannot choke the caramel shake down. It thickens up so much it’s difficult to swallow like you are drinking gelatin-even after you had lots of extra water. Why does it contain seed oils? That’s exactly what we are instructed to not consume. They are SUPER aggressive with “refilling your subscription” and you don’t have time before they charge your card again to even finish the first order. Super disappointed. And after reading these reviews on trust pilot, I wish I had read these and not their own. Bummer and expensive one at that! They wouldn’t refund the second bath even though I cancelled (I was too late they said).

The company reached out to me about my 1-star review. They offered a 50% refund on the product and a 100% credit towards future products if I adjusted my review. While I appreciate the follow up I am not impressed that I had to write a 1-star review to get a response, even after emails to them originally looking for assistance. I accepted the 50% refund. I appreciate that effort to correct a product that does not work and will give them a 2-star review for the attempt.
Original review: Not impressed with the products. And they do not work as claimed on the website. Plus, the shakes are full of seed oils - that I’ve now discovered…so Non-Healthy. Also, don’t order the Vanilla Carmel shake as it is too thick to drink. Even when adding extra water. Expressed a concern to the company and they were not helpful. Chocolate shake mixes like a shake. And to do a return you have to send the product to Germany - even though the product was shipped to me from a location in the US…

Excellent tasting product. Mixes well and keeps me full. I look forward to drinking it! I feel less bloated I’ve lost a couple of pounds and my skin is clearing a bit! Would certainly recommend!

Shipping was fast and received them within a few days. I ordered the chocolate and the taste wasn’t my favorite at first but once I figured out that if I drank it really cold, I liked it. I’ve lost about 4 pounds so far.

HORRIBLE! Product made me nauseous. I tried for weeks and nothing changed. I had my husband try and did not work for him. I contacted customer service for refund. It would cost me $900 to return!!! Absolutely unacceptable for a reputable brand to not offer a reasonable return policy. DON’T PURCHASE!!

I ordered the metabolism booster and the shakes.
I can tell the met. booster is working, not on edge like coffee but a nice gradual increase in energy. The shakes are surprisingly tasty and filling.

This company is based in Germany, so if you do not quickly discontinue their auto send scheme, you receive unwanted product and must pay $106 to send it back to Germany whereby they "refund" a mere $59. don't fall for it. Choose another product.

Your shakes are tasty and filling.I had trouble making them in a shaker glass. The part near the spout did not melt when shaken Had to resort to drinking half a bag at a time. Had forgotten about the stirrer. I do like using it. Haven't used it long enough to see what it does for me.
