Binance makes trading easy with so many different products to choose from it can be overwhelming at first. But they provide you and with a user-friendly experience with many tools as well as the necessary information one is required to be able to trade successfully. It has a great game style approach to trading with many rewards and benefits. It does feel as if they are trying to make less experienced traders better and more successful.

Withdrawal system needs improving!!!
Hello everyone,
I’ve been using Binance for a while now and on the whole, it’s a solid platform with a wide range of crypto trading options.
However, I find the process of withdrawing funds to fiat and sending them to my bank account to be more complicated than it should be. It would be great if Binance could make this process faster, more straightforward, and with fewer steps or fees. This improvement would really boost the overall user experience, especially for people looking to easily move funds in and out of crypto.

I lost 100$ on binance shameful system
I recently participated in a trading event on Binance and ended up trading around $120,000 volume (1.2 lakh) expecting to receive a fee rebate.
I had no idea that some of my trades could be flagged as "wash trading." I wasn't trying to cheat or manipulate anything — I was just trying to complete the volume for the event using different amounts like $80, $90, $100, etc.
Later, I found out my account was disqualified, and I didn’t get any of the rebate back — even though I spent $108 in trading fees.
It feels really unfair because I didn’t get any warning, and this was my first time participating like this.
Binance should at least warn first-time users, especially if they’re going to block rewards and let people lose money so easily.
I’m sharing this so others don’t fall into the same trap. Please be careful if you're joining events — read everything closely and avoid trading in ways Binance might flag, even if you don’t realize it.

I logged into my account only to find…
I logged into my account only to find it was suddenly closed. I had numerous small coins that I couldn't sell and didn't have time to find wallets for all of them. It was a terrible experience. I feel this company is run like it's a scam, how could you just close an account without warning? It's like they don't care about their customers, not even slightly. Really messed up policies. I definitely won't be using binance again.

Extremely shady service, can’t withdraw money
Extremely shady service. They make it practically impossible to withdraw your money to the point where it quite literally feels like they are trying to steal it. I’ve been trying to empty my wallet for over 2 weeks. One transaction is finally “pending” but who knows how long it will be processing or whether it will actually go through. Borderline theft. Retrieving crypto seems even worse. They had a minimum withdrawal rate that seemingly made it impossible to even cash that out. Terrible platform. I’m at the point where I think they are just trying to steal people’s money. Once I can finally get my money out of there I will not ever be using it again.

Not keeping word
At may around 16 to 28 there has an event called kol from Binance. They give 3 tasks for users for that event so I got into that and I found only 2 task KYC and Deposit>= 100. I don’t saw the third task so I go to the CS and ask them why there has only two task. They said this event has been filtered for user which task can be available. So I got only two task. Not the third task trade 100 USDC. For that I got some doubt and I just completed the kyc task on May 25. The reward distribution is 15 days after the event end. So I waited. The end of the event is May 28. So I asked them on June 15 I don’t get any rewards yet. So they told me the reward hasn’t been distributed yet. They will distribute on wed. So I waited again. Then ask on that day. They said I have to wait for another 7 days. So I waited again and ask in the next wed. They say again reward goons distribute between 25 and 26. So I have to wait again and ask them on 27 they said rewards are already distributed and my name is not on the lists what the heck is that that this is just a completion reward and they said it like competing for getting reward and I am not the winner and no accurate reason of why I don’t get the reward. That amount of 5 USDC is much for someone like me who living in poor family of poor country. Even I think to complete that much 100 USDC take borrowing from someone and complete the task hoping to get reward and giving them back. U know the buy sell spread is too much in this country. They have a lot of good things but why do they did that to me. Good thing is I didn’t lost money but I lost hope. The customer service also say just wait thing everytime and at the end apologize. Sucks Binance.
