You rock Bill!!!

All I can say is he deserves more than five stars I love it when I buy something and I get a personal experience. I wrote in with a question and actually got a response from Bill in a very quick manner that answered the question thoroughly. The exhaust for my aprilia RSV4 arrived very quickly to Oceanside, California. I could not be happier with the transaction!

Highly recommend bills exhaust to…

Highly recommend bills exhaust to anyone in search of pipe for their bike. Anywhere in the states. Bill didn’t have the exhaust I wanted in stock but he immediately was able to source and add to his website within 30 minutes of my initial contact with him. His shop was very straight forward and clear with providing tracking numbers and I had the exhaust in about a weeks time. Don’t hesitate or waste your time elsewhere this is the place!

Cancelled order and raised price

I found an exhaust for my bike at a good price and placed the order. The owner of the website (bill) cancelled my order and raised the price of the exhaust because he didn’t adjust it due to the tariffs. He should’ve changed the price and eaten the profit off of one exhaust. It’s not my fault you didn’t change the price.

Excellent service.

I bought the SC-Project slip-on exhaust, Arrow stainless steel headers, and the mid-pipe for my ZX-6R. Bill was very helpful—he replied to all my emails, answered all my questions, and helped me with everything. I 100% recommend him!

One of the best companies I have…

One of the best companies I have ordered anything from! Communication is impeccable and the delivery was incredibly fast to Australia, I recieved my exhaust well before the estimated date. The website is easy to navigate and prices are competitive, Bill is very responsive and helpful to any questions you have. Highly recommend! Will be ordering again from here!

Ordered an M4 full exhaust for my zx6r

Ordered an M4 full exhaust for my zx6r.
They cancelled my order the following morning with no explanation, stating that I requested the cancellation. I reach out and notify them that I did not request a cancellation and they said characteristics of this order were similar to fraudulent orders observed in the past.. Didn't check in with me for any verification, didn't ASK me if I wanted to proceed with a cancellation. I find that to be very odd given that EVERYTHING on their BS analysis list literally checked out and I never placed any previous orders from this company. They clearly have inflated reviews, and they have some trash algorithm filtering out online orders. I've only ever attempted one order from this place, and this will obviously be my last. They claim wasn’t a customer requested cancellation yet it says verbatim “ Order #
was canceled at your request and
your payment has been voided.” Then they flag real reviews. I’ll just repost it. How is there no way to add pictures with these reviews?

Bill is great to work with! Thought I ordered the wrong exhaust called him up he changed the order for me. Turns out I had the right exhaust the first time so he changed it back and even called the supplier themselves to confirm the fit.

This guy lied to me just to sell me a product. When I got on the phone with someone, they had the nerve to insult me calling me “deaf”. I’ve been doing online shopping since day one and hands down this is by far the worst company I’ve dealt with. This guy lied to me to sell me something they had in stock. He knew very well that’s not what I wanted but I believed him. This is probably the first time I’ve ever wrote a negative comment on anyone’s site and definitely the first time a rep from a company yelled at me at me like that. If you are reading this please just be aware. Your better off going to another company

'My friend, simply remove the DB killer from your slip-on. When you bought it for your S1000RR, I explained it would be louder than the OEM. You admitted it was +8 DB, so I didn't lie to you; you just had high expectations. What do you expect if you keep the catalytic converter? I told you that you'd need a header for more sound. Also, returning a used muffler isn't approved based on our return policy. That's the situation :).. o and just remove the DB killer..

Bill was extremely communicative during a long back order of an exhaust of about 2 months. Sent me updates every time I got impatient, and even remembered that I wanted expedited shipping. Highly recommend to anyone shopping for exhausts.

Best customer service ever

Best customer service ever, I talked over the phone with Bill. He sent me pictures of the exhaust that I wanted to buy, I like the old school ordering over the phone and actually talking to a real person. Prices are also much better compared to other websites. If I ever need anything for my bike again I know who to call!
