horrible, they not only didn't do anything for me, i paid them a large amount of money for credentialling and i applied to 16 insurances. I have been rejected by all of them and they refuse to refund the money back to me. please do not waste your time

My first experience was not great. The rep basically started well but could not be found again. The new rep Prabhat has been efficient. He is working with us and has promised to not leave till we get all our credentialing. I trust he will be there for us because so far he is the best.

Ruhul has been very helpful during the Medicare enrollment process. He is timely with his email replies and is very knowledgeable about the necessary steps and requirements. Run do not waste your money!!!

I paid Bikham a year ago and they have done nothing. I’ve done what they promised myself in 4 weeks. Do not pay them, they literally take your money and do nothing. They send these false automated emails like they’re working.

I Paid $1200.00 to Bikham on 10/31/24 for credentialing services for 6 insurance companies for my private healthcare practice. After waiting 5 months I was not credentialed with any of the insurance companies. After contacting the company multiple times with correspondence with Caroline Mascarenhas, Rahul Debnath and Aastha Singh I have not had any resolution. I have experienced stalling tactics in my efforts to expedite the
credentialing process and request for a refund. I was
credentialed with Grow Therapy and another credentialing company for insurance companies in a matter of 4-6 weeks in comparison to none of the insurance companies I paid Bikham to provide the same services. As of 6/15/25 I have not received the refund I requested for the services that were not rendered or credentialed with any of the insurance companies I paid Bikham to credential my business for 8 months ago.

I wish I could give this credential company more than 5 , they did a great job when I was credentialing for my clinic . Also followed up all the way on the status and whatever additional information that was required from the insurance company to get my company onboard. Vikas was my point of contact, and I give him all the kudos for all the great help, guidance and assistance through the process. This is an awesome company to work with and I will definitely recommend.

Knowledgeable and experienced care.
The organization follows through the needs steps and makes itself widely available for communication every step of the way. I'm still good through peocesses, but my faith is confident given the skillsets they are providing.

Thank you for requesting feedback! Some of the main reasons for this rating are:
-At the beginning of our relationship in November of 2024 multiple errors were made with our entity structure set up that caused multiple Medicare submissions delaying our effective dates and therefore impacting our ability to generate revenue.
-Recently there have been multiple submissions needed for whatever reason with commercial payers, again delaying our ability to move forward with performing patient procedures.
-Although we have seen some approvals, it is not near the percentage we expected after 7 months, most likely due to all the resubmissions both Medicare and Commercial.
*****I want to emphasize the team at Bikham, including Abhay, Uday, Rahul, Rajat and Varun have been nothing but attentive, responsive, and professional. They have been a pleasure to work with but somewhere in the back office, whoever is submitting our applications, there is most definitely opportunity for improvement.

The company did such a bad job that it took over a year and they could still not get my credentialed with Medicare, then upon hiring another company, that company did it in 2 months. When I asked for a refund to due to their inability to complete what they promised, they initially agreed, then stopped responding to all attempts to contact them. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS

As long as I schedule a zoom call, I can speak with my rep, Rahul. He is knowledgeable and is following up with making sure things move smoothly. So far I am happy with this collaboration
