A breath of online retail fresh air
There were so many options I was overwhelmed and turned to BTD online Chat for help. BTD's chat folks were REAL people, not an Artificial Imitation bot. I went back and forth a few times and settled on a product and was given a Father's Day discounted price even though Father's Day had passed several days before. I didn't order right then because I wanted to make one further check into the appropriateness of the tire for my bike. When I went back to order, the chat folks were unavailable so I called and a third REAL BTD person answered and made sure I got the price I was offered by my chat mate. Despite all the questions and delays between getting those questions answered and finally making my purchase, BTD's team was patient, professional, and completely on the same page when it came to helping me place my order for the promised price. BTD is a breath of fresh air in the vacuum that is online retail. Six stars!

Good overall experience and value.
The items that were delivered were exactly what I ordered. The items were on sale so I believe I received good value for my money. Since the purchase amount was well over the "free shipping" amount, I received free shipping. The length of time from order date to delivery was really long. After a couple of days I looked on my account and it still said that the items were being prepared for shipment. Most vendors that I use have much faster shipping. But, I will continue to shop with BTD for certain items.

I was looking for urban type bike tires…
I was looking for urban type bike tires that would handle gravel as well as roads. They have a wide selection as well as a good price. I ordered the tires, and they did not work with my rims so I returned them. Once they received my return they credited the credit card I used for the purchase. All worked very smoothly. I will use them again.
