Booked in a company that was closed and got stranded at the airport.

Contacted the support team, who gave me a refund, but holiday was ruined already. Of course had a lot of other things booked around it.

Great experience with Bikes Booking and Albuggy Rent in Olbia! I strongly recommend.
We booked 2 Vespas Primavera for one week and had them delivered to our hotel, exactly the scooters that we wanted. Personnel is very friendly and efficient and gave us a lift back to the hotel the day of departure.
We spend a perfect holiday and will come back.

The correspondation stopped once we've booked. They can't provide the sevice, but they took the money and for two day I didn't get any answer to my emails.

Scooter booked and paid for. Pickup not available. Replacement small car, not OK for the city. Really bad.
BB contacted us immediately to resolve the issue. The fault was with the local rental company. If you have any problems, contact BB!

Incredibly disappointed with this company. They recalled our reservation the night before the day the motorcycle was reserved.
They are rude in their email correspondence and they don’t answer questions you might have about the reservation.

This was an stressful experience for me and my wife since we had to find another company to rent a motorcycle from,

Originally booked a Vespa for our trip away months ago ony for it to be cancelled two weeks away from trip with the excuse that the scooter was "out of order for that period"
So looked at their website and found a different Vespa to hire only so I booked it , 1 week later I get the same email with the same lame excuse . The correspondence recieved after was they had already informed me there was no Vespa to hire even though it was available on website .. Will never use them again and looking at the reviews I very much doubt I will get my deposits refunded

Booked machine not available. Bikesbooking rebooked. We canceled and have been chasing payment for 1.5 months. No response to emails!!!! Bad service!!!! Not recommended!!!

As of March 4, 2024, 6:30 a.m., the amount of €358.90 has not been refunded!!

We, as a couple, were renting on Madeira. The local agency has been very helpful, however, we originally were renting different bikes (brand) than locally available. It has been ok, finally, but we should have been informed about availability etc.

We were a big group of friends traveling around Greek islands and we rented 5 atvs in different locations. All the vehicles were in perfect condition, it took us a bit longer to sign the contracts since we rented 5 quads, but overall experience was good. Just a portal, as they say. The bike was not delivered to the agreed hotel location. Took a taxi to the rental company and when returned. No GPS, No baggage box, which were supposed to be included in the rental. They ignored taking any responsibility for providing the wrong company. Ignoring messages and emails. KEEP AWAY FROM THEM!!! OR YOU LOSE YOUR MONEY FOR NOTHING!!!

BikesBooking took deposits for two bikes. When I emailed them to confirm checked availability, they told me that the bikes were not available and promised a refund. One month later, I have still not received my money, or any communication, from them.

Da noleggiatore sono stato contattato da loro,
ho rifiutato un noleggio per via di un fraintendimento sul calendario delle disponibilità. A mio parere la loro interfaccia è inutilmente complicata e loro non forniscono istruzioni nè assistenza. Inoltre in Italia non hanno uffici, non hanno personale che parli in Italiano, non hanno telefoni e non vogliono gestire i problemi. In pratica vogliono solo la commissione del 15% presa direttamente dal cliente per poi disinteressarsi del resto. Non credo sia un buon modello di business.

Recentemente mi hanno inviato mail automatiche per la registrazione salvo poi declinare il mio nuovo inserimento di dati, di seguito la loro mail di risposta:

Unfortunately, we have already sent you one booking before and you didn't accept it. Also you don't speak English, but our customers are travelers from different countries and they speak English. We work only in English language too. We are sorry, but we can't cooperate with your rental company, it is too difficult for us and for our customers.

UPDATE 11/04/2023: Bikes booking ha avviato una procedura per far considerare falsa la mia recensione e ottenere la relativa cancellazione: dopo le verifiche trustpilot l'ha inserita tra quelle verificate ed oggi lo staff di bikesbooking mi invia questa mail minatoria che incollo qui sotto:

We see that your left a bad review for us on Trustpilot - please delete it. We have all rights to decide with which rental companies we are working. It is also our right to choose the language of communication.
Moreover, it is very unprofessional from your side to publish our internal communication on public.

We are waiting for your confirmation of deletion before taking any actions.
