They canceled within the hour. The therapist was supposed to come, and then they offered to have someone come the next day, which was the gender I preferred or the opposite gender and they will come later that day. So I said OK and after a couple minutes of agreeing to have the opposite gender come I change my mind but they already scheduled someone and a minute later I told them I just want a female because that is what I’m most comfortable with and they said they will charge me rescheduling fee, which didn’t make sense but I said OK and they said either they will charge me a rescheduling fee or cancellation fee for $30 so I just said to cancel the appointment because I was so disturbed by the lack of customer service. Ended up charging me $68 which I didn’t approve of.

Biggie yoga is a joke I scheduled an in home massage and when the woman showed up she was paranoid because my puppy and yes I mean puppy jumped up on her. I put her up and then she states that my house was dirty because I’m having some remodeling done!! There was some other things that was said but to say the least this company will not refund the money or have someone that’s not paranoid to come and do it!! This place is a joke!! Do not get a massage because if there’s one piece of lint they will leave!

Kazh was wonderful. This was an excellent experience. It's easy to request a booking. Costs for services are clear and easy to understand. And the practitioner, Kazh was caring and thoughtful and provided a professional, gentle, stress-reducing experience. I highly recommend Bigtoe and Kazh to anyone needing a massage.

I’ve worked for BigToe for 1.5 years now and I really had to do my research on this company after I realized I was never able to speak to anyone on the phone. After doing my research, I discovered that this company is run by people from India which creates many communication issues. They may try their best but they don’t understand how to be transparent and professional at the same time. In the beginning, they were either rude or a little “classist” when I would chat with them in text but they’ve gotten better about that. They don’t let the therapists schedule their week in advance and be notified of appointments far enough in advance to remain a responsible adult. Most all of my bookings were last minute, 2 hours ahead of time. If it was consistent, it would be okay but it’s not, and when I asked them what was going on with my account, why the appointments stop, they just don’t tell me, they say everything is fine, but this happens to me on major holidays like Mother’s and Father’s Day. The last minute booking system means they wait until I am in a massage to send me bookings to go to the next massage. The inner workings of the app are not in communication with the people in the chat system. And from what I understand they simply take the customer’s money when either the customer wants to cancel or the therapist doesn’t properly decline the appointment and since there’s no person to verbally speak to for customer service, there is no way to hold someone personally accountable for it. The application itself is in development mode so they are have access to way more data points in my phone than the average application. In my opinion, BigToe Yoga will never be a fully honest company until you can actually speak to someone verbally from their customer service department. They rely too heavily on the professionalism of the therapists to uphold their company and without the higher standards of education American Massage Therapists go through, their company would fall apart. It feels like they’re using the people who are using this new platform to develop it, and they have NEVER done this before.

She has the magic touch! That's all I can really say. It was a massage like I've never experienced before. And I get them weekly. I highly recommend her! I felt fantastic the next day.

You could tell when someone really likes their job by how great of a job they do. She truly was amazing.

I am compelled to share my recent experience with Bigtoe Yoga, which was unfortunately marked by a lack of professionalism and a failure to deliver the promised service. Despite having scheduled a session, I never received the service at all. At no point did the provider make any effort to contact me—via call, text, or otherwise—prior to the appointment to confirm arrival or clarify logistics.
Nevertheless, Bigtoe Yoga later asserted that the service provider had shown up and that I was not present, a claim made without any substantiating evidence or meaningful communication. On that basis, I was charged for the full session. When I attempted to dispute the charge and seek a resolution, I was met with a dismissive response that amounted to little more than “too bad.” No refund, partial credit, or even a gesture of accountability was offered.
In my view, this practice reflects a deeply flawed customer service model, one that places the burden entirely on the consumer without transparency or due diligence. Potential clients should be aware that, in my experience, Bigtoe Yoga did not uphold basic service standards, and their handling of disputes raises significant concerns about their business ethics.
Consumer discretion is strongly advised.

Don't want to mention the lady's name. This was the worse massage I ever felt. When massaging all the arm then the hand but, no no no not massage it thru the fingers and out. Not the foot and don't you dare touch my toes to bring massage all the way out to the extremities. Terrible, felt hated on. Quiet Erie feeling. Left bad xie in my body. This was the worse massage ever. How insulting!!!

BigToes service was also easy to use, including their simple app. Their customer service is excellent and thoughtful. We will definitely book again.
