The entire experience was so smooth

The entire experience was so smooth! Jennifer talked us thru everything she answered all our questions and checked in with us to make sure we received the Transmission and called to check on how everything went! I didn't know they were nationwide! Shipping was quick I was surprised at how quick they did all their check's and how fast our shop received it! They used our vin number to make sure the transmission fit! Thank you to Jennifer,Dwayne,and the entire Best Use Auto Parts Team!

Motor for 2012 Mitsubishi Oultander GT

Motor was delivered within days in a timely manner. Motor is used, but runs less smoothly than previous motor which was even more used by 100,000 miles. Car shakes, and feels like it sputters when idle at a red light. Though this all might be because of job mechanic did. At the end of the day the car works and that is what we are most thankful for.

2020 F150 10R80…great experience!

Received my 2020 F150 10R80 transmission about a week after I placed the order. Prior to shipping, I was contacted to confirm my VIN to ensure proper fit along with updates to the status of the shipping. I haven’t installed the transmission yet, but it’s as described in the ad. I would absolutely order from Best Use Auto Parts in the future.

Worst customer service ever “SCAMMERS”

Worst customer service ever, I’ve order a transmission for my camero on may 19, 2025 and it’s been 2 weeks every single day calling them when will it be ship , all they said it’s delay or they testing the parts, never got my transmission and spent over 2,000 $ , this is the worse company, please don’t get parts from them, they will “SCAM YOU” and if you search they address on the map it shows a gas station they don’t have a place, I’ve ask proof of my package being sent , nothing. They are lost life scammer, I wish the worse for yall to come to yall….

Overall very impressed

fast response on initial request for quote. provided photos when paid in a timely manner. follow up communications on how is the motor.

only negative remarks would be to provide the same detailed photos of motor prior to shelling out the money. (it was stated photos will be provided when payment is received.)

A longer warranty more than 60days would be awesome to remain competitive with others in this area of business.

I purchased a used engine for my Jaguar F-Pace from Best Use Auto Parts and couldn’t be happier. WORST COMPANY EVER...BUYER BEWARE

WORST COMPANY EVER...BUYER BEWARE. This is the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with in my life. For starters, I was sent the wrong engine and the engine that I was sent was completely sludged with old oil. It was only supposed to have 40,000 mi on it. However my licensed certified mechanic stated there was no way that it had 40,000 mi on it unless the oil had never been changed in its lifetime. It was garbage so I contacted the company. Spoke to Dwayne who requested pictures once he saw how bad it was he stated to dispose of it and he would issue a full refund. However, I only received a partial refund and was then contacted by a representative named Christina who stated if I would take my bad review down she would issue a full refund. I took the bad review down and gave them another chance. However they did not issue the refund. Then I was contacted by Tom who is the rudest person I've ever dealt with in my life who continued to call me names and would not give me the refund. He told me I had no reason to dispose of the engine even though I told him that the previous representative had told me to do so and even supplied him with the text messages from that representative. He told me I was stupid and I was getting nothing and good luck with the dispute with my bank. I would have left zero Stars if that was an option. This is a horrible company to do business with. They do not uphold their word and they do not ship what they promise you they will and if they do it's in horrible condition.

AVOID!!!!!! SCAM!!!

AVOID. Was told I would be getting a matching engine and transmission with 54k out of the same car. When the engine arrived, parts clearly came out of two different cars. Sales rep dodged my inquiry so I spoke with a supervisor “Rick” who told me he would get mileage on the parts yet has followed up with me. These guys are scammers. “Trust me sir” yet they me a generic photo of the transmission they sent me, bait and switch the items I ordered, and overall just shady. Almost 5k spent yet I don’t have validation or peace of mind of what I bought. Bad business practices. So now I have an engine with transmission with one “odometer” ready, although parts came from two different cars. The bad reviews stand out to me on here and it’s clear as day why. SCAMMERS.

Top Notch Service

I was skeptical at first. These guys reached out and everything they promised happened—on time and exactly as described. I stroked a check, dropped a few docs in an email, and the rest was smooth sailing. I can't think of an online sales transaction I've had that was better. If you need a part and these guys have it, go for it. You won't be disappointed.

The worst experience dealing with getting auto service

This auto place is trash, they have low life mechanics that put sealant all over the transmission, I started out just wanting a motor they said $1600, put the motor in loud noise, they said let them see what the problem is I go back, they took my transmission out saying it was bad, I knew it wasn't bad but they wouldn't put it back in, saying I can take the truck like that, so they acted like they was putting another transmission in it, this transmission is leaking all over my yard, these ppl are sad they don't honor quality, I was at another shop & one of the associates came by the other mechanic said I don't trust those ppl, unless u don't know their reviews speak for themselves, they need to go out of business, crumbs that made it on being heartless.
