Best best Customer service and high quality product
Such a great customer service and other businesses should learn from this company. So I have ordered a TV cabinet from amazon canada (not from their direct website) and it came without 3 small parts. Installing the tv cabinet was a huge job so at very end of the process we saw those parts were missing. We did not wanted to undo the effort we spent for 2 days by raising return request in amazon so I contacted bestier directly. I have told my issue and asked if they can deliver the 3 missing part only so that we can use the same cabinet. As i have not directly ordered from their site- it was just a chance I took with zero expectation of the help- but they replied back in 2 days and after asking for some basic details like tye code of the product - they shipped those 3 missing parts and in less than 10 days of all these O received them properly.
Highly impressed with the service I received. And the product is also high quality and posh looking in such a reasonable price.

Warranty service
I put together the desk and the drawer slide did not operate correctly. After removal, I found out the ball bearings came out.
I reached out to customer service and after a delay, they responded with some questions. They wanted screenshots of my order and the manual.
Sent in those pictures, then they requested the name and address to send the replacement part. This was strange because that information was in the screenshot of my order and they could confirm the desk was shipped there as well. This was just a further delay in the process and a waste of my time.
I did eventually get the replacement part and I was able to complete the assembly.

Fairly easy to put together
Fairly easy to put together. There were many components and it was a whole project to put everything together, but there were step by step instructions and everything was numbered and there were diagrams for everything. All in all, it was a pleasant experience.

Mattress slides easily
The bed is alright but I’m facing an issue where the bed slides. Support wasn’t very helpful, they told me this is a normal issue since the metal base makes it slip easier. They instructed me to purchase a non slip mat. Would have preferred if the frame had a barrier around the mattress so it couldn’t slide off

Buyer Beware!!!!
Buyer Beware!!!!! In November of 2024, I purchased a 70” fireplace tv stand from this company through Walmarts website and the fireplace was faulty- it did not blow out air. I left a review on Walmart’s website and the owner of the company called me and asked me to send pics & video of the unit to his phone which I did. After he reviewed the video, he told me that he would arrange to pick up the defective unit and send me a new unit. I told him that I did not want to pay anyone else to put a new unit together, he then told me that I could just donate the unit and he would refund the money. He asked if I could go on Walmarts site and remove the review, I told him that I would look into doing so, but I was unsuccessful because Walmarts does not allow you to remove reviews. After I was unsuccessful in removing the review, I received another email stating they could only refund me 80% I asked why only 80% and what is the amount being refunded, they sent another email stating I needed to agree to the 80%. I have been going back and forth with this company since November, I salvaged the unit as they instructed me to do and now they will not return any of my emails. If you look at the reviews on Walmart they are horrible and previous buyers warn against purchasing from them. I usually don’t write reviews like this but this company is not to be trusted and they do not care about the consumer once they have received their money, I will be posting this review on every platform that this company is affiliated with. People need to know!!!!
