Great company and beautiful products. I basically shopped only from the website and ordered my ring. Took almost 4 weeks but the work was excellent and quality first class. Once it came the ring was a little large and I had to send it back to get it resized. Absolutely painless process and they paid for shipping both ways by FedEx express. No issues no weird rules just good service and a great price and an amazing product. they also included a pair of pearl earrings with 14 karat gold posts I wasn’t even aware of and they are beautiful. Highly recommend!

So I had to return the first ring that I purchased due to being very dissatisfied with the quality, and even though the company refunded me and then gave me a great price on a second ring just to take down my poor review on them, I received the second ring and and once again, extremely dissatisfied with the quality. I’ll keep the ring because I’m just not gonna go through the BS with them again but suffice to say I would not buy from them as their quality just is subpar, IMO.

What a wonderful experience! From beginning to end, communication was amazing. They texted on a consistent basis and let me know when work was starting on my ring, when it was near completion, and also when it shipped. When it arrived, my Royal emerald cut platinum ring was EXACTLY as pictured. I couldn’t be happier. We liked it so much that we ordered a second ring as well, a wedding band to match!

This was truly the best customer service I have ever received. I got the 2ct center stone Lucy Lab Grown diamond bridal set and it came out beautifully. I had help every step of the way and all of my questions were answered promptly. I never thought ordering a ring online could be this easy and successful, and I truly fell IN LOVE with my ring! I wanted my ring to sit flush with the wedding band and that’s exactly what I got. Greatest experience I have ever had! Lisa was super helpful and answered all my questions within minutes of sending email. After getting my jewelery had to send it back to be resized. Lisa again responded super fast to email and explained in detail how to send jewelery back with tips to make it as easy and quick as possible. 10 out of 10 would recommend best brilliance because of Lisa's customer service alone. The diamond was exactly as shown on website and jewelery was better than I expected!

If I could give them Zero stars that would be generous. Let's start from the beginning. I gave my wife what I thought was a really nice ring, until she was typing and the center stone fell out. I had to argue with Best Brilliance who stated this wasn't possible (despite me sitting right next to her). This happened in the first 30 days of the ring being shipped.

Fast forward the 2 months that the ring was gone for "repair". The ring was on my wife's hand for 30 days... maybe 40. The center diamond fell out again. I emailed to tell them about the situation and simply asked for a refund. No response in 24 hrs.

If there is one take away from this review. Do not waste your money. The product quality is lacking, you will be embarrassed and your wife will be mad at you. I've had ring pops with more durability. Go to your local jewelry store; save yourself the headache

OMG, it was the most amazing ring I have ever seen. I'm soo happy with the whole transaction, from the virtual appt, she was soo friendly and helpful, I didn't think the diamond i was ordering was gonna be the "big" enough, but she assured me that it was, She could've easily tried selling me more but she didn't, that itself was soo awesome.They also kept me updated the whole time while the ring was being made. When I got the ring, the packaging was soo good, about like what i phone packaging comes in. And when I opened it and seen the ring, it was the prettiest thing I have ever seen in my life, it was soo sparkly, it changes and reflects soo many colors, it was by far nicer then any ring i went and looked at at jewelry stores near me. My fiance loved it, every where we go someone comments on it. I normally never do reviews but I had to with this because it was by far one of the best decisions I've ever made. Trust me when I say if your shopping for engagement ring, don't go any where else but this company, you will not regret it

Everything was wonderfully handled, and if assistance was ever needed, they ensured you knew they were always available for you every step of the way. Very nice quality, she loved it. The rings were too big so we had to send them back for resizing, each ring comes with a one time complimentary resize. They did a great job and we received the ring back within a week and a half, very quick and it turned out great, but the only bad thing, most people probably do not think about much, I asked if they didn’t mind sending the side stones to me that they had to remove for making it smaller, considering I paid for them, only 1 small diamond per ring I believe, but they did not send them, so the resizing is not technically free or complimentary because diamonds cost money, that is the only negative, although great overall experience.
