This is one of the worst experiences…

This is one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had renting. These people do not respond at all if you contact them - on multiple occasions, I had to repeatedly try to get them to reply to me.

On top of that, they arbitrarily and without my agreement, began charging for use of the laundry while staying here. They claimed that it’s “not in the contract”, despite it clearly being advertised that it was included.

Then they charged me some absurd 375€ cleaning fee. The apartment was cleaned before I left, and in perfect condition. And they charged me for a “pipe blanket”.

These are unethical, scammy people. You should not trust them with your money.
