A Positive Experince

The team here is very good. Very responsive and easy to get ahold of. Detailed in their description of processes and are happy to explain their processes in great detail. Sometimes updates can be a little slow, but they are always available upon request. They were very easy to contract with and quick to start with us in January of 2025. Overall, working with the Bellmedex team has been a positive experience.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

BellMedEx has been great for our company! They are very punctual and always gets straight to the point. Any concerns that we have at our clinic, they respond really fast and updates along the way. They use a portal called DocuHub to keep track of any tickets and issues. Monthly meetings with updates! Highly recommend! Very helpful and Great communication! :)

We have been pleased with this Billing company more than any previous company we have used. The process of on-boarding them and training them with our SOP and software was challenging however, we all diligently pressed through. We are glad we did because now they are doing a great job.

I highly recommend BellMedEx

I highly recommend BellMedEx! I've owned a small pediatric therapy practice for close to 20 years and have gone through a few different billers, both in house and outsourced. BellMedEx is the best by far! They inherited my complicated account that had missing information and neglected past denied claims, and they filled in all the gaps beautifully. They are timely, effective, knowledgeable, and responsive, and their 24-hour turn-around time for pre-auth and benefit checks is unbeatable!

We've Used Bell Medex for Almost Three Years Now - They Provide Excellent, Highly-Professional Service!

We started using Bell Medex to do our pediatric practice's billing and posting in March 2022. This is the first time we have ever used an outside billing company to handle these critical business functions. Naturally, we were quite concerned about making this transition, and wanted to find a great company to partner with. After carefully researching Bell Medex (i.e. by reading online reviews, talking with them directly, plus researching them on the Better Business Bureau's website), we decided to use them. After an initial "learning" curve of 2 - 3 weeks (i.e. for both us and Bell Medex), we realized we had chosen the right company. Our Billing Team (Jacob, Victor, Andy, and Tom, along with Simon in EDI Enrollments) has done an amazing job for us over the past nine months! They have worked diligently to help us reduce our Account Receivables, while keeping us up-to-date with our current billing and posting. They are quick to respond to any questions and concerns we have, hardworking, professional and friendly. We literally view them as an integrated part of our business "team" and are extremely pleased we chose them!

We've been using Bell Medex for almost three years now! We can wholeheartedly say it's been one of the best business decisions we've ever made. As stated above, after the initial "learning curve" on both our parts, they quickly and completely took over our day-to-day billing / posting responsibilities. Bell Medex is much better, faster and more cost effective at doing these tedious tasks than us. They have proven to be totally reliable and have lowered our stress levels immensely!

Periodically, insurance-claims issues (i.e. denials) arise. When this happens, Bell Medex first tries to resolve these issue(s) directly with insurers. If needed, they'll notify us to get the information necessary to resolve the claim(s). Bell Medex continually monitors all outstanding claims to assure they get successfully processed. Consequently, our Account-Receivables management has improved tremendously over the last three years.

I'd like to thank Prince Navid (Assistant Manager - Customer Relations) and the rest of our amazing Bell Medex team for their excellent work. We absolutely consider them as part of our "extended staff" and plan to use them for years to come!

Bellmedex review from an LTSS agency

This is a great billing company and I have nothing but good things to say about them. The billers, the managers, the CXO (Crystal) plus Stephen and Chris et al. have all been more than patient with my requests, questions and long winded rants about the industry we're in. The benefit that they offer compared to the billers we used before is the wide amount of employees they have access to. So even if my immediate team may not know an answer, you can rest assured that they will be able to contact others in that huge organization and someone is bound to know a solution.
