Very disapointing experience
I’ve used BeFrugal for a few purchases now, but the cashback never showed up in my acount. I followed all the rules, didn’t use any other coupons or extensions, but still nothing. Tried to contact suport but got no real help. Very disapointing experience – wouldn’t recomend to others.

Very disappointing experience
I made three separate purchases through BeFrugal, and only one of them tracked and paid out correctly. The other two were completely ignored, even though I followed all the instructions. I contacted support, but the response was slow and unhelpful. It feels unreliable, and I won’t be using it again.

I strongly advise against using this cashback service. After weeks of accumulating cashback, my account was suddenly blocked right before I reached the payout threshold. I contacted support multiple times, but they either ignored me or gave vague, copy-paste responses.
It’s clear that they are just looking for excuses to avoid paying users what they’ve earned. This is not just bad business practice – it’s borderline fraudulent.
Avoid this service at all costs. There are far more reliable cashback platforms out there that actually honor their commitments.

just an excuse not to pay me
I used this page because of an advertisement I saw. I made a hotel reservation through Befrugal with the idea of receiving cashback, but then they wouldn't let me back into my account. They just told me that I violated the terms and conditions, and I want to know what they are. In the email they sent me, they didn't tell me anything logical! And all I did was make a reservation with the idea of receiving a discount through you. Maybe you don't want to pay me the percentage of the cashback that originated with the hotel reservation I made. This has me very indignant... First, I contacted support to find out when they would pay me, and they told me 60 to 90 days... that's a long time. Okay, I said, I'll wait and see it as savings. Then they won't let me back into my account.

It's great being told by BeFrugal that I can get cash back at places where I like to shop anyway. I've been using BeFrugal for years, and I have the money direct deposited right into my checking account. Who doesn't love getting free money for shopping online at places where you would be anyway?

UPDATE I still can not get my money on a card at Walmart. No matter how many texts they send. I can't seem to get a check from them either. Nothing works....

I never did get my $10 sign up bonus.
And for cash to checking account they want all my account info.
If I can’t get a live email why would I give them my info?
Just as bad as my Raketun account.
I switched to befrugal since they pay more..
But now a limit on cash deposits and want your info.
Time to go elsewhere.
