I have emailed and called. Also the recording says it opens at 8 but can never get through till way past 9.

I added my insurance and when I checked out it was one price. But when I went to check on the order after my FSA account said I needed a reciept to cover the cost. They reported that the cost was aboutt wice what I had checked out at. When I called Befitting said that my insurance benifits are only valid for a certain amount of time. 10 minutes between ordering and check out is not that long. Byt what is weird is tgat when I checked out it was half the cost they took out of my FSA account. Now I may be resposible for all 380 dollars. When I called tehy circled the problem. Anytging but getting my money back. I asked for an itemized reciept over email (no response) and when I gave up trying to talk w a person that obviously did not want to reimvurse me? I asked for one then. She said by end of day immeadiatly and then so far its been about 3 days and no such thing has appeared. My guess is that insurance is a pain to work with and since my FSA is a better way to get paid?? They scammed me. I am pretty sure they commited a crime of some sort. BEWARE!!! I would have paid less elsewhere wo insurance. If they dont want to deal w insurance then dont accept it in the first place!! What a scam!!

Second year spending my vision benefits here and I’m very pleased with the quality and selection available . Process is super easy online and most of their frames have the virtual try on feature , although not 100% accurate , it gives you a general ideal of how the frames will look on your face . I will recommend and continue to order my glasses here .

I have Davis vision but based on how my health and vision insurance is set up, apparently I’m out of network than in. I didn’t know much about this process where their customer service manager explained the confusion and clarified it quicker than my own insurance who still haven’t gotten back to me. They offered me a 30% discount coupon for something they didn’t need to. Suffice to say, bought a pair of glasses

My experience has been horrible so far. First, I have ordered through online vendors in the past and had great experiences. My insurance only has a few and befitting is one of them. I ordered an entire year of contact lenses. I received all of the left eye contacts in 90-day boxes after ordering, but only a partial order for my right eye (4) 30 day boxes) not sure why not 90 day. I called (no one ever answers), I emailed and finally got a response and they said the order was entered incorrectly on their side. So, today, I received one more 30 day box of my left eye contacts. Which means, I am still missing 7) 30 day boxes, or 2) 90 day boxes and 1) 30 day box of my right eye contacts. Again, called (no answers), And just left a message. The order tracking and communication is nonexistent. I don't get an email when the order is shipped or arrives, or how many what etc. I would NOT recommend this online vendor. It doesn't seem like they are interested in their customers' experience. And--I never write reviews so you know its bad.

I had a great first experience with this seller. Would recommend if you’re looking to buy eyeglasses online. It was very easy to pay with my insurance, and had a nice selection of brands and styles. However, the real reason that got me to make this review is that I received my glasses in less than a week from the night I ordered.

My order was canceled after it was approved due to my prescription being too strong. The customer rep let me know this only after i called cause my second order i had place hadn't been confirmed so i called about it. You need to advertise that your glasses only go up to a certain power so people don't order and pay for glasses only for it to be canceled. I now have to wait for a reimbursement and for my benefits to be added back before i can get new glasses!

The ability to virtual try on and see any eyeglass frame was just terrific in making my selection. WOW !!!!! ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS customer service !!!! I had ordered from them for the second year and will AGAIN and AGAIN !!! I have transition glasses (bifocals) now and the place of the transition was off. I worked closely with Sarah, and with providing them some updates on my vision asst and numbers, they REMADE both my daily eyeglasses AND the sunglasses I had ordered. I received both before my trip to FL and for the first time - I had prescription sunglasses !! I purchased Gucci sunglasses with transitions for bifocals for less than $150!!! and they take most eye insurances. RUN, flick, use their easy online app - TOTALLY RECOMMEND Befitting !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Terrible experience. Poor quality control on their products. I ordered a pair of glasses and was happy, initially, with them. Then I noticed numbers etched on the lenses and Befitting sent me a new pair stating that was an error and was supposed to be buffed off before shipping. I received the new pair, and the same issue was present. I will not use this service in the future. My advice, get you prescription eyewear locally, so if something is wrong it can be addressed quickly. I now have to send these back, wait for befitting to notify my insurance to reset my benefits and then go get another pair.

Seems like they build their product to fall apart after 1 year. My glasses had an anti scratch and anti reflective coating. I purchased in December of 2023 and in March of 2025 those coatings starting disintegrating or corroding or something on the lens. Very difficult to see out of my right eye and an instant headache. Turns out, there is no warranty on the lenses, only the frame. Won't be purchasing again.
