This company is a scam I ordered on may 3rd 2025 and still haven’t received my product I have sent numerous emails to Nina brittle and beedermaus support no replies I ordered 4 boxes paid for fast shipping my order came to 55.00 I paid 72.00 I asked about that I haven’t received no product or my money back as 6/9/2025

Beedermaus is a scam of a company. I ordered a product on April 13th. To date, 5/6/25 no product received. I have received different messages that my order had shipped and now I can't find any info on tracking. I reached out via e- mail to someone by the name of Nina Brittle who has never acknowledged nor responded to me. In my last correspondence I requested a refund. I have received nothing. No product, no refund and no contact.

Scam. I never received my product and they have closed everything down. The website does not work and they will not respond to emails. I have not received a response nor my refund that I requested.

I ordered a 4-Week supply. They took out that money plus another $64. I've sent them multiple emails and they will not respond. Do not buy from this company. It's the scam scam scam. They say it's 100% refundable my it's not or somebody would contact me by now

After completing my order of OVER $40. I received an email stating that my order had been shipped 2 DAYS AGO but when I clicked on “track order” in the email they sent, the link goes directly to a china site that has no info on my package AT ALL despite the language translator. To add to it all, my account is negative $200 due to a “holding fee” 🙄 if I don’t receive my order I will sue them for fraudulent activity.

*** SCAM- DON'T DO IT *** I ordered a total of $42.00 worth of product that qualified for free shipping and they charged me $55.00. I immediately sent an email requesting they cancel my order and refund me and nobody will respond. SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!

I ordered 79.00 worth for treatment been venom and received therapy cream for joints. Can get a hold of them. No way to reach they don't respond to any emails. Don't order from this company.

I ordered $38.00 worth of product. The tracking service shows it was delivered on 2/24/2025. I never received it and now I have sent 5 emails requesting a refund. The order also came with an insurance policy form to fill out if a problem. You cannot access this form at all. This company is a joke and screwed me.
Do Not order from them. It is a scam!!!!!

After posting my review on trustpilot, I DID receive the product. I don't know if my review on trustpilot was the reason I got the product, but I thank you.

Beedermaus deducted over 59.00 for 6 tubes of wrinkle eye bag reducer. They kept telling me my order was on the way it was a month ago, and I never received my order. All I keep getting is more edge to buy more stuff. Put my money back in my account or I'll blast this all over social media.. I expect a reply, or the product. Florence Piro

I placed an order for Botox with bee venom recently. I received a confirmation invoice from Nina Brittle at b

eedermaus for $38.96 with free shipping on February 7, 2025. On the same date I received a PayPal invoice for a company named FITODY LLC for the exact same product charging $48.70. The invoice from Beedermaus was shown and an additional shipping and handling charge was added to bring the total to $48.70.

I immediately sent an email to Ms Brittle at Beedermaus with screenshots of the Paypal invoice and I asked her why I was getting the invoice to pay FITODY LLC for their product that included a ridiculous amount for shipping and handling when their website and her invoice showed free shipping. They claim the product is made in the USA and I assumed because my order exceeded their minimum for free shipping that the product was shipped from the USA. I asked her to have FITODY LLC drop their shipping and handling charges.

Ms Brittle did not respond. Instead I got another email from Beedermaus telling me to complete my order for the items remaining in my cart on February 9th. I responded that I did not leave any in my cart and attached my email to Ms Brittle with the screenshots and asked them to cancel my order or get FITODY LLC to drop their shipping charges.

Again, there was no response from Beedermaus. But they did send me another email on the 11th telling me to complete my order for the items in my cart. I responded to that email on the 11th and told them to quit sending me these emails for items that I had not put in my cart and to cancel my order if they could not make FITODY LLC remove their shipping charges and I included the screenshots and the previous emails.
Today, February 12th, I received an email that my order was on the way and that I needed to complete the order for the items in my buggy.
I immediately responded again that I had not put any additional items in my cart and that $48.70 had cleared my bank today. I asked them to have that charge refunded and the correct initial amount charged. I also told them they had left me no other option but to write a review on Trustpilot about how they had sent me an invoice with free shipping and then everything else that followed.
