BedJet Brought Comfort and Sleep Back to My 91-Year-Old Mother

I originally purchased a BedJet in 2024 and loved it so much that I added a second unit this year for my 91-year-old mother. Her old electric blanket just wasn’t cutting it—too heavy, cumbersome, and restrictive when trying to change positions in bed. The BedJet was the miracle solution we didn’t know we needed.

Now, she’s sleeping soundly and comfortably every night. She absolutely loves the Turbo Heat function—it warms up the bed while she’s getting ready, so she can slip into a cozy, welcoming space. She’s also commented on how the air gently lifts the sheets, almost like they’re floating around her. It's made a huge difference in both her comfort and quality of sleep.

We did have a minor hiccup initially with syncing the remote, but I reached out to customer support and was blown away. Terry from the team responded quickly with clear, practical advice that resolved the issue the same day. Absolutely stellar customer service!

Whether you’re looking for heating or cooling, BedJet delivers. It’s hands down the best sleep investment we’ve made. Highly recommend—for yourself, or someone you love.

I purchased my first Bed jet v2 on…

I purchased my first Bed jet v2 on Kickstarter in 2015 and upgraded to v3 after almost 10 years.
BedJet’s allowed me to get deep and restful sleep as it helps maintain the best temperature for sleep.
The team at BedJet has been nothing but helpful and both product and service is top notch.
I recommend everyone invest some money into getting better sleep, and buying a BedJet is on the first step in that direction.

When I called about an issue with my BedJet, I expected to pay for a replacement part. Instead, your team told me it was still under warranty and that you would send me a new unit. No questions asked. That kind of customer care is rare and deeply appreciated.

It was hard to sleep without the product because I rely on it every night. I truly love it and was so relieved when the new unit arrived just a few days later.

The product worked great but when it failed I contacted customer service. They worked immediately to get my problem resolved. Possibly the best communication from a customer support standpoint that I have ever experienced!

Great profuct, bad service....

The Bedjet is a wonderful product that has given me more restful sleep. But, the problem lies within the company's support. My product said it was going to be delivered (both the bedjet and cloudsheet) and I was given a tracking number via USPS. When my package finally arrived after being delayed, it only contained the sheet. When contacting support I was told they were having an issue with the packages being split up. I was given another tracking number to my bedjet system, but this was a tracking number for UPS. The package was never "split up" but was sent via two different carrier and from two different locations. As a first time buyer and customer, this inability to know what is going on is concerning for any future problems I could incur with the product. (Needing support help for issues, etc)
Once again the product is great, but the company has definitely left me feeling uneasy.

George Reppas and My wife Mary are your biggest fan and if ever needed a speaker that will make it known that Bedjet is more that a tool or device that will assist in your sleep but rather a life essential instrument that must be available for every woman that experiences menopause but chooses to NOT PARTICIPATE in pain and suffering. BEDJET IS A LIFE CHANGER FOR THE BETTER.

My wife was struggling with night…

My wife was struggling with night sweats. I ran across this product bought it to try and help. She said it has made a tremendous difference. Now when she gets hot at night she simply pushes a preset button on the remote on the nightstand on her side of the bed and quickly falls back to sleep comfortably. She loves it.

Great customer service

Often you find out more about a company when an issue comes up...that was the case with BedJet. I had a problem with the Bedjet unit and I reached out to Bedjet and not only did they respond quickly they resolved the problem and made me feel like their main concern was that I was satisfied.

Life changing!

I’m a complete bed jet convert! I bought my first bed jet several years ago during a brutal heat wave in the northeast for relief from sweaty hot nights. Though the unit does not have coolant, the cooling feature transformed my bedtime experience. I stayed at a perfect temperature - not too cold, not too hot. The breeze kept me dry as well.

Then came fall, winter, and mud season. The warming feature was amazing. I like to sleep with the windows cracked, bundled up. The bed jet is perfect for this!

Thus I use it now every night no matter the weather! And bought a second for my son.

This is the third Bedjet I have owned

This is the third Bedjet I have owned. This latest edition, with its own remote, is far superior to using your iPhone. Being able to tweak fan speed and temperature easily is so helpful. I have found that it adds some comfort to my neuropathy in my feet and ankles. My first two Bedjets are still going strong, but have been taken by my grandsons.

Wife if pleased.

My wife had been complaining about waking up during the night being hot. Since we installed the BedJet, she has only complained once or twice. Those reasons were because the dog was laying between her and where the air was coming out.

Long time owner or a BedJet

I have owned a Bedjet for more then 8 years. My original cloud sheet by Bedjet started to rip so I ordered another one. It was shipped almost immediately with a notice that it had been shipped so I forgot about it until I got an email from their support saying that the tracking was stalled but they would keep an eye on it. A few days later I got another email saying they were sending out another order since the first one seemed to have been lost. A few days later I received my order. All this with no effort on my part. Fantastic customer service for a fantastic product. Thanks BedJet.
