Beckstone Partners is a Boutique, Nationwide Real Estate Investment Firm headquartered in Des Moines, Iowa. We serve everyday Americans looking to diversify their retirement portfolios. We utilize multiple income streams that have been available to investors since 1974. We specialize in selling OUR Turnkey, Triple Net [ NNN ] Residential Cash Flowing Real Estate to you, the investor. Most of our investors are using a Self-Directed IRA as their capital for a down payment of the real estate. Others are using a Checkbook IRA LLC, Solok, Rollover 401k. In 2021-2022 we had a lot of new clients using a 1031 exchange to purchase. We are cognisant that every investor's situation is different. So are we. We are NOT Real Estate Brokers or agents. We are not fiduciary. Imagine wanting to diversify your retirement into a hard asset, especially in today's harsh inflationary client with monthly NET Cash Flowing Returns. Not only is that the case but with Beckstone Partners properties, you are already APPROVED for third-party Non-Recourse Approved Financing at well below industry interest rates. Any investment involves risk, but we have done everything to mitigate risk to you. We're very welcoming to everyone who knows there has to be something besides the stock market in their portfolio, and we LOVE to share the secret that your financial planner, stockbroker, or CPA won't share with you. Please do yourself a favor, give our Des Moines, Iowa team a call or shoot us an email. We work unconventional hours and weekends due to our clients extending from New York - to Hawaii domestically and foreign nationals overseas.

So far so good. I have been an investor with Beckstone for about 8 months and I am pleased with their performance. My rating may go even higher as time goes by and the performance remains at a high level.

I have invested in property with Beckstone partners. I can say they do what they say they will do and the returns are what they say they are. I will be investing with them again!

Beckstone Partners have done a excellent job managing my three properties in PA over the last year. They keep me informed with monthly statements and provide management reports to facilitate tax filings.
