Same as others. Ordered a grill and canceled after several months of lies from the company when I would inquire about my purchase. Have not received my refund yet. It’s been 3 months since I canceled.

This was the worst experience ever

This was the worst experience ever. They said they had the product in stock, that is why I chose them. They never delivered the product and wouldn’t give me a refund. When you call, nobody returns the call. This is a poor excuse for a business. The CEO should be ashamed. After a 4k purchase with no product or refund, I will now resort to legal action. If you are considering BBQ Grills.com for your next purchase, don’t. This is not a business to be trusted.

Never shipped - Stay Away from this Company

I called in to ordered two grills on May 12. The person I spoke with was Ryan, and I was told he was owner of the company. He told me the grills were in stock at his warehouse and would ship right away, took my order and charged my card. As of July 2nd, I still do not have the grills.

Called multiple times but could not get someone on the phone, and they were terrible at responding by email as well. When they did respond they were just saying they had an influx of orders and their warehouse is backed up, but that they would ship soon. Finally got someone who told me these are not in stock at their warehouse and it would be weeks longer at least but there was nothing else they could do. I called my card company and disputed the charges.

To all of you that got money stolen…

To all of you that got money stolen from these crooks….a group of us have filed complaints..I suggest you take the time ( after you file a dispute with your credit card company for refund ) to file complaints here…we need to let the authorities know this is an illegal website with a post office address as their business.

Years ago we had a group help put someone in jail for a few years and then the convicted crook gets his record that follows him thru life

100% a scam

100% a scam. Paid 100% for grill in November and still nothing. 12 emails and 10 phone calls - they will always check and get back with you which they never do. Never received grill and as a builder of custom homes I will be sure all my clients and business partners know these people are scammers - took my money and wont send the grill nor refund.

Scam

So I ordered a Masterbuilt Gravity XL for my boyfriend April 14, 2025. It is now June 30th and after several communications no shipping date. So refund supposedly issued on 6/16/25. Wait 5 to 7 business days. I waited no refund, spoke to Makayla who sounded like she was driving on Thursday she said I will have to check with accounting, I don't know what happened. So now it's 6/30/25. I hope they know this is illegal. I'm pretty much left at this point with contacting my local law authorities and theirs and suing. So sad all I wanted was the smoker. No stars or negative 0stars would have been more appropriate. Maybe i should contact my attorney as well.

Please don’t order from this company. We ordered a BBQ on April 30. Still no tracking number or confirmation. They took over $4000.00. No refund and no communication. We Email and call daily. No response. BBB complaint filed.

Horrible experience and still no grill!

I ordered a new grill on April 21 and was super excited, they even took $100 off to hook me in. But now after more than 2 months of calling and getting no response, I have decided to give up and see if I can get a refund. They really know how to string people along. It was the worst experience I have ever had with a purchase of this magnitude.

Sadly i too was burned

Sadly i too was burned. Should have googled them before placing order on 5/26. They duplicated my order so i was in 3k. called next day and left fm as they dont answer or return calls. 2 days later i simply call every 15 min till some one does answer. They said no problem order cancelled they said refund 5-7 bus days and the grill will ship in 7. Never saw the refund and they dont return calls. after 7 days called same again every 15 min till answered they said now 5-7 weeks. I said cancel. again no refund. I challenged with ccard company and got my money back from paypal ccard. horrible company. Do not buy from them. I filed bbb report. Could have been bad.

I ordered on 6/1 in time for Father’s…

I ordered on 6/1 in time for Father’s Day with the grill showing it was available for 5-7 days for shipping. Grill showed “in stock” after 6 days no label was created and no one answered for 3 days with the customer service number provided. I finally got ahold of someone in sales. They transferred me to customer service. I spoke with Becky. Verbally told her to cancel my order and then did a formal cancelation through their website. It is now 6/20 and I have no refund and no grill. I call them daily now and just made sales guy Tyler angry. Scam scam scam

Shameless

I ordered a grill cover 5 weeks ago, was charged, and got a really nice email from their customer service saying my satisfaction was very important, with a list of emails of people to contact. I called last week to get an update on the order, the person on the phone didn't have any access to order processing data, could just tell me "the warehouse should get to it this week." So now i am trying to cancel, but can't get thru to them anymore. But according to Reddit they delay or wont perform refunds.

Charge still hasn’t been refunded. Currently disputing the charge. Got the same grill, a few dollars more, from Home Depot, delivered to my door in 48 hours. Avoid this company.

SCAM

SCAM! Item never shipped. Cannot reach them via phone, email, social media, etc. Their "business address" is the physical address of a post office in the middle of nowhere.

Do Not Do Business With This Company

I ordered a gas fireplace log set for $1,210.23 from this company. I received the wrong product. Returned the item at my own expense ($277). They received the return, but they will not refund my money. When I speak to them they always say they will leave a message for "accounting" to refund the money. It's been 6 months now.

Ordered a grill

Ordered a grill, on their we’d sight it states 3-5 business days. I waited then called to get an ETA took 7 calls before I talked to anyone. I decided at that time I wanted to cancel. I am now waiting on a refund which they also said 3-5 business days it is now day 11. Do not order from this company. If it’s even a real company.
