Honest and dependable dealer
Dealing with BBQ Authority was an absolute pleasure for purchasing a Napoleon. Before finding them, I had ordered from a different dealer that was not honest about their inventory and my grill ended up being backordered, I canceled that order and began looking for a different dealer. When I reached out to BBQ Authority they were quick to answer any of my questions and verified that the grill I wanted was in their possession. The price of the grill was great and it shipped quickly. When I started to unpack the grill I noticed one of the main pieces to start assembly was damaged. I reached out to them and they quickly got in touch with Napoleon to get me a replacement part, within a week I had that part and was able to build the grill. They will absolutely be my go to dealer for all thing Napoleon moving forward.

It is regrettable that we were not able to live up to your expectations. It is true that as a small veteran owned business we do not have warehouses on every other corner, like some of the major retailers, or on the outskirts of Boisie, ID. However, we do our best to make sure our customers are aware of lead times and shipping details.
When you placed your order on 6/17, we followed up with an email detailing that your order would ship within 1-2 business days and that there were two accessories on backorder. Your shipment was transferred to FedEx on 6/19 (2 business days) and arrived in Boise on 06/25 (5 business days). Delivery was made 6/26 by appointment.
Eight business days from Chicago to Boise is unfortunately the best we were able to do. We apologize for that time frame being unacceptable to you. However, being one of the largest Napoleon BBQ dealers, we are confident that you will be soon providing incredible culinary delights from your new Napoleon Rogue Pro 425 to your family and friends.
