This appears to be a scam. I ordered a lawnmower for £349 and nothing has been delivered . I requested a refund due to non delivery but I get no reply. How do I claim my money back please !!

Scumbags echo all the lousy comments about…
I can echo all the lousy comments about Bawtool that have already been written. Do Not Touch this Company or pay then a penny! Yes BI lost £500 to them by trading with them. Strange at the time of purchase there were many glowing reports about them on Trrustpilot? Their address as shown on Google earth is a food company! They are a bunch of scheisters, thieves and I hope they meet their demise at the bottom of a sewerage tank!

Same story here, told me lawnmover was shipped, then told be it was delayed.
Not answering emails and telephone switched off.

This website is a complete Scam. AVOID!
Ordered a mower to then realise this is a sxam when no one replied to emails and delivery date passed without hearing from them.

Complete ripoff
Well, like all previous reviews, they are a complete rip off, not answering phones, site messages or emails.
The shipping company they say will be delivered by is actually registered on companies house, but the email they say to contact always comes back as undeliverable!
Believe they are one and the same, company number is 12759036, JZA Services LTD, address is: 7 Mallard Court, Gressingham Grove, Coventry, England, CV6 5EJ. Director is: tanveer Junaid, can’t add his link here, but easily found on companies house with the company number or name, apparently registered as a taxi company, so unless they are getting my lawnmower in the back of a taxi, not getting it.
Obviously both companies are linked.
Do not deal with these people!

If there was a choice for no stars I give it this company stole my money led me to believe I was getting my lawnmower emailed me to say they had to delay my delivery and if I could wait another few days I agreed but my lawnmower never arrived original delivery was 24th Aug 24 they said if I could wait till Friday my sit on lawnmower be delivered I've still not received it now I can't search then call them or email them am now dealing with police traid and standards and my bank do not order nothing from them you will never receive your items this company is a huge scam 😡
