Do I feel welcome?
The Presentation, quality and look of the watch is1st class. Do I feel welcomed into the family of Baume et Mercier?
I have bought into this company with my first purchase of a Baume et Mercier watch, but what do I expect?
At the least I expected that I could register the watch with the company, that they would give me some feeling of being welcomed into their family of owners, but no.
Having purchased a Tissot watch at the same time, I registered my watch and felt that I had some security knowing they had a record of my purchase as well as the distributer.
I know that this is minor, and the main concern that most people will have is, does it work, is it of excellent quality, is of course true, but when buying into a prestige brand, I feel as though I was second class because I didn't pay another £10,000.
Talking to the customer service, he just apologised and said, "sorry"!
Even a welcome email would have been nice.
