Superior Customer Service

My puppers has been getting boxes for over 6 months. I have had a couple of issues none of which were because of bark box. Porch pirates and misunderstandings. It didn’t matter. Bark box still made it right even though they did not need to. Then they just sent me a survey yesterday. I filled it out. I said I have a super chewer and he goes through toys like crazy and I wish the toys were bigger and more durable. They are sending my pup a couple of new toys and gave me different bark box options. How freaking amazing is that?! This company is amazing. Customer service is A++. Actually, add another couple pluses. I am blown away. People, I assume humans, responded to my survey responses within hours. With personalized responses. AI is cool and all, but there has to be some kind of human oversight. I 1000% recommend BarkBox and will probably always recommend BarkBox!

Barkbox kept sending me boxes after I canceled my subscription. I reached out to their online chat to let them know and find out why I was still getting charged. They refunded me the money instantly and were so kind and compassionate about me losing my dog. Definitely will use them again with my next dog!

Good idea, but needs improvement for medium-sized dogs

I like the concept of BarkBox, but the toys we received were too small and not durable enough for medium-sized dogs. It would be great to see more size-appropriate, tougher toys. Also, I’d prefer that all treats be made in the USA and completely free of artificial flavors, colors, and preservatives. These improvements would make the subscription feel much safer and more worth the price.

MY BARK BOX EXPERIENCE!!!

If my order didn’t come on time they were QUICK to fix that problem. I absolutely LOVE THEIR TREATS AND MY BABIES LOVE THEM MORE!!! I only wish that they offered a Treats Only Box. My dogs are all very old and just don’t care about toys BUT THEY LOVE THE TREATS. Please think about doing a Treats Only Box!!!;.

Great snacks and toys. I first ordered the regular bark box and then saw the super chew box. The super chew is much better for our dog so I was able to cancel the regular boxes and Ok with finishing out my 1 year subscription. Xena looks forward to receiving her Bark box each month.

My dogs go crazy for their bark box! That’s why I gave you 5 stars. I do wish you offered healthier treats though. They’re really not allowed to have junk food. Maybe you could offer healthier treats at a higher price point?
