Great Job!

Our seminars provided a great deal of information and ideas of how to approach using Sage that we had never considered.

We are planning on having yearly updates and possible efficiency audits to make sure that we are using the software as effectively as possible.

Slow response time

Slow response time. I sent in for the ticket. Told this was a critical and that i need to have this done by 1pm. And the phone call i got was at 1pm.
I was emailed at 11:55am by Bojan to try something and he said "In case that does not work let me know right away and I will jump on the web meeting with you." I tried what he said and emailed him back at 11:58 and told him it had not worked and was still doing the same thing. No response. SO i emailed again and told him again that something needed to be done before 1pm. I didnt get a call till around 1pm. He was able to find a solution and fix the problem. But at the point it was past the deadline for the bank and I was late. When people put critical and a certain time i feel like you should maybe get to them a little quicker.
