The watch was cheaply made and did not…
The watch was cheaply made and did not keep good time. When I returned it, they said it had a scratch and they would not issue a refund. This company is awful.

When coming here to write a review, I was sad to see some of the other previous reviews, only because my experience was the opposite.
I went through a period of messaging Baltic regarding a set of questions I had about their watches. They always replied on the same day and I felt happy to go forward with a purchase. I went to the London showroom to preview a set of watches with Baudouin. I had a lovely time walking around and trying on a set of watches I had been looking at for some time. The whole experience was lovely, Baudouin was very nice to speak to and so far, the purchases I made have been fantastic and I hope that they stay that way. No matter what has been stated before, I hope that my experience is the experience that everyone else has going forward.

Admirable handling of a repair request; after several years of regular wear, the strap gave out, appointing the bezel with the floor. CRACK. No issue sending it in for repair. New bezel, new strap, quickly performed, chapeau.

Nightmare experience- beware!
I had to message these guys 4 times before I got a response, they finally answered my question saying the problem with the clasp (that other customers had complained about) had been fixed - so I ordered the watch.
The watch arrived, not only with the clasp issue, but with dirt behind the glass on the watch face!
Three messages later and I’m still yet to hear back from Baltic Watches about my refund.
STAY AWAY

This is the first negative review that I think I've ever written.
I have been building a watch collection for 25 years. It has mostly been high end watches (Patek, Audemars, Vacheron, Rolex). It still is mostly high end.
Lately, though, I have dipped my toe into micro brands. I've bought a Ming, Farer, Maen, Tissot and Orient (not necessarily micro), LIV, Charlie Paris. I have absolutely loved these watches. I am stunned by the quality versus price point of all of them.
Then I bought a Baltic. The watch looked beautiful online and the press was good. I bought the MR 01 on a beads of rice bracelet. I bought this watch because it has a micro rotor and I'd never owned one before.
The watch was very late. That's not the problem. It happens. And once a watch leaves the seller, the seller has little control. However, when I wrote to enquire I got no response. At first. I kept trying. I got one response blaming the Paris Olympics.
That was the only response I got. Ever. Meanwhile, the watch is showing up as delivered. In Atlanta. I am not in Atlanta. I know that Atlanta is likely the shipping hub. Ok, but I'd still like to know why it's sitting in Atlanta for days. No response. Some days later, the watch shows up.
It's a pretty watch. However, even though I walk 5 miles a day, it won't stay wound and periodically stops a couple of times a day.
That happens too. However, I would never send it back for repair to Baltic because I cannot count on their customer service.
I have a local watchmaker. He has it now. I'm sure he'll get it right.
I am writing a negative review because I have never been this disappointed in a watch purchase. Ever. Among many, many experiences. And I was and am appalled by the customer service.
Baltic sent me an email - through their people - asking me to review the watch. I did. It sounded like this review. I still heard nothing back. Still haven't. I can't find my review on their web page.
In any event, take it for what it's worth. There are a lot of micro brands out there. I would recommend any and all of the brands i listed above. Whole heartedly. But not Baltic.
The customer service is horrible.

I ordered two watches from Baltic. I sent both of them back, not because they‘re bad watches, but because they didn‘t really fit my wrist.
Up until then the email correspondence was good. But once I had sent the watches back to Baltic, they ignore me completely. The watches have arrived at Baltic two weeks ago, which I can see in the DHL tracking. I have not gotten any confirmation on that. I have wrote them several times, both via mail and their support page.
NOTHING!
The watches were unworn and in perfect condition, so it‘s an easy refund.
It‘s really getting on my nerves I have to remind them without even getting as much as a „Sorry, we‘re working on your issue“.
To be clear: I‘m not mad that it takes them longer than I expected, I‘m mad because I can‘t get any info at all and that I‘m simply being ignored.

Let the buyer beware. The quality of these watches is awful (excellent Swiss movements but the rest is French…). Chrono push buttons are designed to fall off and let water in. After sales is so bad: they don’t even reply despite the warranty being in force.
If you want a watch that looks like a Rolex, then just buy a Rolex.

I had a wonderful experience with Baltic watches. Last September, I purchased my lovely Baltic MR01. Unfortunately, it stopped working after a few wears. Baltic's perfect service allowed me to send it in for repair without any questions.
The trouble began when DHL lost my package without scanning it, even though it had an express label. Six weeks of stress, emails, phone calls, and false promises from DHL ensued.
After losing the package, they offered to compensate me with 2 euros per kilo. Totally shame!
Baltic stepped in, and I want to express my gratitude to Guillerme for calling me by phone. He's a very friendly and helpful guy. Also, a big thanks to Paul, a great guy too. Baltic offered to send me a complete new watch. I've never been treated so nicely by a company. Their after-sales support and communication via email were top-notch, a solid 10/10.
A big thank you to Baltic, a hundred times over. This experience will remain in my memory forever. I'm now confident in buying from them in the future.
I highly recommend this brand; the people behind it are stand-up guys and fantastic individuals.
Respect and love for you guys.

The watch feels great, a bronze aquascape and even though I really put it through it’s paces and needed a little repair, the customer service has been second to none! Highly recommend.
