Appalling order fulfillment and nonexistent customer service
This review said it was purely focused on the service aspect, which is why I have given a 1 star. I only order the 2:1 extra strength cbd for my dog since she has mobility issues at almost 15. This order makes the 3rd time that they have sent me the wrong product. When the original cbd of the same size is half the price, it is frustrating to receive an item that is half the cost of what was paid. When not one but two emails to customer service (with the receipt and photos of what were received) go unanswered, it is extremely frustrating. As a new mom, I do not have the time nor the energy to continuously follow up with a company for not doing their job accurately. The (correct) product has been great for my senior dog; however, both the customer service team and the order fulfillment team's responsiveness and lack of attention to detail at this company are mediocre at best. Living in Alaska, I do not have many options for dog cbd. I'd now rather do business though with a company that has a physical storefront I can enter versus taking a gamble with an online order from Bailey's. I am horribly disappointed after being a customer for 6 years.

This stuff really helped our 16 yr old spaniel
Bought the Bailey's CBD because of 16 year old dog's back legs were getting too stiff to walk without help. We have been giving her a dose every night on her food and at about 3 weeks in she is showing great signs of the stiffness going away. Please rest assured that we never enroll customers into autoship without clear confirmation at checkout, nor do we have the ability to initiate charges ourselves. In most cases like this, it’s possible the subscription was selected during your checkout to activate a 20% discount, which can happen accidentally.
