The back pain tool the "Claw" is a great addition to one's back pain arsenal. I used to use a tennis ball to apply pressure to certain areas - but the Claw is so much more effective. It won't roll away and the firmness and targeting shape really hit the desired spot. Knee replacement surgery had changed my walking and the Claw is helping to deal with the resulting muscle pains. One surprise - the company turned out to me near my hometown and my Claw was personally delivered the day after ordering! there have been several supportive emails with video guidelines on how to effectively use the product. I highly recommend it. A little bit pricey - but the pain relief is worth that cost.

So far so good. Still experiencing back pain but am feeling somewhat better. My back feels much better right after I use the Claw so hopefully that will result in long term relief. I especially appreciate all the added information that is available. I have been able to develop some good exercise routines which I am hoping will pay off shortly. I am a runner and want to get back on the road for the spring race season.

It works, it actually works. I have a disk bulge and age related deterioration in my lower back and SI (I’m 50), plus a mainly desk based job. 2 weeks after receiving my QL claw im already more flexible and actually able to do strength work on my lower back without fear. First time in 15 years. My deadlift and squat are both up and I’m completely able to manage pain post running, tennis and football. Just get one, best device I’ve ever bought and I have a lot.

The QLClaw is everything it's advertised for. It's simple to use, effective immediately and I don't go a day without using to keep my back loosened up. The 1st few days of use I got pretty sore, but now my muscles are healed up and yearn for the regimen.
