We received product in a nice jewelry box in great condition. Unfortunately, it was too big. I reached out to Awareness with an email and had a prompt response the next day!! Unable to return…

I have been trying to return a necklace for several weeks now. The turquoise looks very fake and chain is weak and small. My husband and I have both send emails. They do not respond. Rey poor customer service. I’m sure they will respond like many others stating the promptly responded to our email… I assure you they did not.

Patience is a virtue

I ordered a bracelet for my granddaughter's graduation present. Sitting here, I thought it had been a month or more and I hadn't gotten it yet. I had to rant at someone, so I sent a "nice" nasty email. In return I received a nice email with understanding and assurance. I will be looking at their products again in October for my wife's birthday, only a little bit earlier than the day. 😁

I ordered my ring on on April 13 for a…

I ordered my ring on on April 13 for a special event in my life. It is Friday May 30, and the ring has still not arrived. The company states there was a delivery issue and the carrier would reach out to me. They have not done so. I have asked for a refund of the payment as of today. I called the phone number listed and it is a recording, so don;t even bother.

Once you confirmed your address, we immediately coordinated with the carrier to attempt redelivery—however, this process takes a bit longer when a return is already in motion.

I contacted Awareness Avenue…

I contacted Awareness Avenue immediately after I became aware that I ordered the same product twice. I asked them to cancel. It was only the same day or next day. I received both orders. I am returning both because the item was too big for the recipient. I have not had any response from them. Is this a legitimate business company who stands by returns accepted for 14 days? I made sure it was only a few days 5 or 6 that I requested a return postage. I sent proof from usps in tracking numbers of the days of deliveries and my responses in the form of emails are also date verified. I would read all reviews before ordering from this company.

I was compensated

This was my second time to order . Very disappointed in quality of ring, was sent as a gift, totally embarrassed after I viewed it. So tiny looked like it came out of a dollar store. Could not read engraving, stone was too tiny , barely visible. Was not adjustable as advertised. Both times ordered came a month late. Refund took so long I had to dispute thru my credit card. Then they did not refund my shipping at all. I will never order from this company again. Terrible customer service. After my complaint, the company did replace with another item same price for no charge .

Satisfactory email customer service

I bought a gold platted ring and the confirmation email stated that they will send me another email when the shipping is ready. After a few days of not hearing from them I wrote them back. Honestly, I kind a wasn't expecting a response but shortly after, within 12 hours, they gave a satisfactory answer, explaining the manufacturing shortage.

‼️Buyer Beware‼️ Fraud Company

Ordered a custom ring on their website. Took 40 days and received it but the carat size was different. They said they couldn’t make it as I wanted and decided to send it to me on a different size. They are refusing to refund my money even though they delivered a ring I didn’t order. Never do business with this company.

Update: after reading their response, I want to respond. They said “ The ring was delivered with a smaller carat stone than requested because the specific design you selected cannot structurally support a larger stone—a limitation we explained during our correspondence.”. I placed an order and 40 days later, after the ring was delivered, they admitted they should have told me up front the ring I ordered, couldn’t have been made. They never told me they couldn’t deliver the ring I ordered. Never. So they chose to send me a ring with a different carat size on their own. They delivered a ring I didn’t order. Beware- you will not get the custom piece you’re allowed to order on their website. They will ship you something else because they think they know best with zero communication.
