I bought a used Aventon bike and was given the wrong charger. Aventon.com offered the best price for the right replacement, and their shipping ensured it arrived in my hands before the estimated delivery time. And the new charger works great.

When my seat post cracked, I thought, oh well, I'll just have to buy one. But when I talked with warranty they understood my problem and sent a new seat post right away. I really appreciate the great service

I am extremely happy with my Level3 purchase. I find the controls to be quite easy to use while riding the bike. The pedal assist really gives you that extra push when you need it. The throttle is very smooth and excels quickly to help you get past those tricky spots. The design of the bike is very stylish, but a bit on the heavy side. At around 67 pounds does make it hard to travel with. Though, the back rack is nice to have on the bike to attach a bag to hold any accessories needed. Since they’re not many attachment points on the body of the bike. The lighting system is great. The front light cast huge amount of light at night to make it incredibly easy to travel on dark trails. The back lights are great for safety and to notify people of any returns. The kickstand is extremely sturdy and easy to use. And the fenders are well constructed and look great on the bike. Overall, I think this is an excellent E bike, especially for anyone who is on the heavier side. The bike max limit for weight is 300 pounds so that gives me a piece of mind that the bike is not going to crumble. Most of the E bikes I looked at had a max weight at 220 to 250 pounds. I am extremely pleased with this bike, the only downfall that I am experiencing is the tapered handlebar. It makes it difficult to attach items to the handlebar when the bar circumference is thick at one end and gets thinner at the other. Other than that, this is a great bike for a beginner, someone who casually wants to ride, or someone who needs to go back-and-forth as a commuter around town.

Was not informed the handrail product was under active recall when purchasing our bike. Had to figure that out from a local retailer when the Aventon customer service rep sent us to them to purchase the item. Got the notification that the handrail was in stock on June 14th so we ordered it. Was charged the day after, then it didn't actually ship for 3 weeks.
