Terrible Service
Terrible Service. I waited more than an hour for someone to answer the phone. They were very quick to give you credit and accept it. But the customer service is the worst I've ever seen. Think twice before getting credit here.

Started out with a bang and fell off a cliff.
So the approval and notary process went great. Got our cards super fast. Problem is nothing after that has worked in the process and I am finding it impossible to get any information about actually activating and using my card. There is not support number to actually speak to an actual person. I keep sending messages and responding to old ones and I am not getting any information. I event reached out thru Linked in. I am now trying to cancel my account before I even got it activated. It totally sucks. I worked at a Fintech start up previously and I understand the process challenges that exist, but this process involves liens on your home and it just fell apart after the credit hit.
