Diminished value claim.

The insurance company handling our claim was not helping and dragging their feet. I hired auto loss and wondered if the $375 would be worth it. They were most definitely worth it as our diminished value amount paid by the insurance company was.$4600. Thank you Monica!

Unfortunately, this is the 2nd time I was radically rear ended while stopped in past 8 years…..

Great service for the people!

Monica Fisher and Autoloss was able to get my diminished value offer increased by 11X. The process is pretty simple and Monica will guide you thru it. The best recommendation I can give is that I will pass Autoloss to my family and friends!

Autoloss - Great team - 5 STARS

Autoloss business is such a hidden service to help people who feel done wrong by the Auto Insurance companies after you are a victim of an auto accident. I had a major crash, when a car hit my car moving at a high speed, as I was slowing down for the slowing traffic in front of me. The driver who hit my car, and I didn't get any physical injury. The other driver didn't even said sorry, he was like oh well, they need better signs that there is an exit coming up and traffic my slow down. He literally was totally walked away as his car was totalled, but my car had major damage. It took me months before I could get my car back. Auto loss team's Monica and her team were really helpful in performing the thorough appraisal, and helped me thru all the steps to recover the diminished value lost because of the major accident. Great team, very courteous and prompt.

Truely painful experience

At first, she communicates very pleasantly, but that is the only time. After the initial conversation, it becomes difficult to reach her by phone. When you call, her assistant suggests sending an email and waiting 24-48 hours. Sometimes, she forgets to respond. When you call again, her assistant reminds her, but often the response is brief and raises more questions, leading to another 24-48 hour wait. This process can take weeks to answer a small question. Occasionally, she does come to the phone, but she is unfriendly and rushes through the conversation without resolving the issue, causing more frustration.

Initially, she promised to help me get fair compensation for my car’s diminished value and to assist me throughout the entire process. However, when the insurance company offered less than 25% of the appraised value provided by Monica, she advised me to appeal in small clams court and then abandoned me, stating she couldn’t help further.

Working with her is frustrating and yields poor results. I would avoid her.

Read negative reviews, they are all true! Lots of promises and no delivery. Monica does the smooth talk to get you on board and that will be the last time you will talk to anyone. Takes days to get email response. When you call they take your name and Monica then responds via email with five word sentence. Completely disconnected from clients. No money back like it was promised in case the desired settlement hasn't been reached. Expect frustration and waste of months and months in circles. Do yourself a favor and don't engage with these people, you will get disappointed and frustrated.

This companies are a scam

This companies are a scam. Their fee average between $350-$400. They provide you with a demish value report that you can make at home by comparing the value of your vehicle with vehicle being sold at a dealership. When you contact their customer support for assistance, all they do is "tell you what to tell the insurance company". They never conact the insurance company directly to help you with your claim. If you hire them be prepaired to waist a lot of time calling, emailing, leaving voice messages to the adjuster and then have your claim denied. I suggets hiring a lawyer from the begining and let him deal with it..

Very professional from start to finish

I was having a difficult time negotiating my diminished value claim myself ,even though I'm a 40 year licensed auto insurance professional, the most my insurance company would agree to was $700.00 for a 2 year old, low mileage Lexus that suffered $14000.00 in damage. After speaking with Monica, she reviewed my claim and assured me we could do much better. She quickly negotiated a settlement of $5000.00
I cannot recommend this service enough.

Rock Star

I must say at first we were a little skeptical based on some of the reviews that we read...but after a honest conversation with Monica...expressing our hesitation ... she assured us that she would fight for us and make sure we got everything that our food truck was insured for. And she did just that and more!! She kept us in the loop as she negotiated with the insurance company...and at the end of the day we got everything that our food truck was insured for which was $20,000 more that what the insurance company had originally offered us. Monica did exactly what we needed her to do...and everything that she said she would! Now we can get to building a new food truck. We wholeheartedly recommend Monica and her company Autoloss

My truck was determined a total loss

I was recently in an accident where my truck was determined a total loss and the insurance company offered what I thought was a low pay out. I called Monica and she put together a very detailed appraisal which indicated the insurance offer was low. She then negotiated with the insurance appraiser and was able to get an additional $6,000. It was well worth the call and short wait to get my check for my truck.

Autoloss is an incredible company

Autoloss is an incredible company. It's not a joke - It's real. I was a little bit reluctant at first because I was dealing with an insurance company that was extremely acting in a bad faith since the beginning of the process. So, when it came to the diminished value, I knew they would be terrible. They first estimated the diminished value of my car at ~ $300, which didn't make any sense. Monica Lahr reassured me Autoloss will be helping me get a reasonable amount and they will be working with me till the end of the process. And that's what they did. The insurance wasn't open to a fair negotiation. Their final offer was ~600 and they said if I do not accept the offer, I would have to file a suit. They knew that finding a lawyer in such case would be worthless and probably impossible as there was no injury in the accident and it was just claiming for the diminished value of the car. Monica Lahr and her team helped me file a complaint at the state corporation commission. The insurance company then ended up recognizing the bad faith and reached out offering $2300 as diminished value. I'd definitely recommend Autoloss, Monica Lahr and her team!!!

Professional and helpful

Very responsive licensed appraisal service. Other than a long response time from CSAA at first, CSAA seemed satisfied with Autoloss' work and both sides were professional and courteous. We arrived at a DV reimbursement about half of the difference between Autoloss and CSAA's appraisal.
