The item was a birthday present. Although it was ordered early to ensure a timely delivery, no mailing information was received for nearly ten days. I emailed customer service, a response was received, and the problem was identified within a day. The item was received two days later and ‘on time’ for my purposes.

The album and guitar I ordered arrived in time for my husbands birthday party. He has terminal cancer, so this was his last bday. He was blown away by guitar!!! Thank you for getting both items here in time.

I originally had submitted a contact us form on their website. I had heard nothing back from this for regarding my question but then received this review. I left a 1 star review and was immediately contacted regarding my issue/question. They were quick to fix the issue once I had given a bad review but I would just say to be careful using the contact us form as it seems they never received my message through their website. They were very quick to point out that they never received it and that my review was very important to them and answered my question promptly!

I recently (May 2025) purchased an autographed picture booklet of “Mission of Burma” — they provided me with a photograph of the band members signing it — it arrived in great shape and is already on my wall — very trustworthy company!!!

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE, TOTAL RIPOFF

These people charge HUNDREDS more than the items are worth. Bought an autograph from them, just for me to realize it was way cheaper elsewhere. I reached out to the actual owner of the autograph. He had it listed for $275 on his eBay page. Autographia listed it for $465 on their site. Same item from the SAME SELLER. I asked support why they are charging almost double what the seller wanted, and they said “we have our own authentication process which increases the value”. Really? I was unaware the holy grail of authentication was AUTOGRPAHIA. Move over Beckett. Actual clowns. Of course, they’ll accept my return, with a 20% restocking fee! So you guys can take $90 from me and I’ll never do business with them again. Do yourself a favor and NEVER buy from these guys. Borderline scam.

I had no idea autographs come in a plastic protector sleeve. I'm a first time customer and thought it might be sandwiched between two pieces of cardboard or something, but it was very professionally handled and mailed.

I ordered a signed guitar for my son who is a huge fan of trailer Park boys on 1/17/25.
Order #1460148. I realized very quickly that Randy is not his favorite character. I reached out for help to stop the order since I had just placed it an hour ago. I called the number listed. It was on a Friday and I got a gentleman who told me that since it was the end of the day and start of the weekend it would have to go over to customer support. Tells me I should email them. So I emailed immediately upon hanging up from that call. 1/17/25 -I still have zero response from them. They shipped anyway a couple days later. I received that confirmation at the same email. So they completely disregarded any concern that I had as a consumer. Long story short teenage kid still liked the guitar.

My 18-year-old son is a movie nut! He has all the movie posters he wants so I decided to do something new - I bought him an autographed movie script for his collection! I am extremely pleased with my Autographia experience. The script arrived in perfect condition, was packaged to protect it during shipping and arrived quicker than expected. Very happy with my Autographia experience ... and so was my son with his Christmas present!
