The website works great and the process they have to finish the part where they get your money is flawless. After that then the whole thing falls apart. Cancel your delivery every day for a week while they charge you for storage is the game. Meanwhile you can’t count on a delivery date even when it’s scheduled to be that very day. Customer service after you’ve wired them your money vanishes. Do yourself a favor and find a different broker to bid on the exact same cars. There are lots of options but this isn’t a good one.

I don’t recommend them. They loose my title I have emailed and called them and not answer. Extra chargers were added on my invoice in Nederland. They are not serious, they lied me and passed like ping pong ball between us agency and Nederland agency. Stay a way from this broker.

Cons an Crooks for the insurance companies. Go to your local auctions.
I won my bid for 600 and saw others bidding after me, somehow I won. Well 600 plus 2024 in add on expenses. Then when I sent the money they asked they added more onto it. Yes .complaining to.everyone. They don't give you a.proper accounting invoice
I paid through money gram but the extra charges they wanted paid through PayPal. They will lie to you. Straight up

Buyer beware of this company in California. I bought a car using their service that had a clean title. The day of the purchase, Autobidmaster reported the car to Carfax as having major damage. I was standing 50 ft from the car when I purchased it as it was sitting on the lot. Complete fraud. They reported the car as a Salvaged Vehicle to the DMV 2 weeks after I purchased it and already had it in my possession for 15 days. To make matters worse, they reported the purchase price to the DMV that was $500 higher than what I actually paid. I would never do business with this company again. To top it off, my login information was compromised by someone at their company and another person attempted to buy a Porsche using my account. Stay far far away from this company and know there is a reason why they make you agree to them not being liable for anything whatsoever in their agreements.
