I had the honor of working with Austin…

I had the honor of working with Austin for three months about two years ago and I am still practicing what he taught me. Before I met him my appetite was uncontrollable and I gave up on tracking my meals because I felt hungry all of the time. But, with Austin, he makes things easy and realistic. I lost 20 pounds within those three months and have been able to keep it off because of what he taught me. He provides a program that works for you, if you’re having a rough week he lends an ear and helps you. I wouldn’t want to work with any other nutritionist in the game. He’s truly amazing!
