I ordered a Derila pillow to help with snoring but I didn't receive 1, I received 4 and charged in USA dollars. They have their ordering set up so it charges everyone with 4 pillows and there are hundreds that have been scammed by these awful people. The business could be derila, Logismart and Ausica. And to return them they give me an address in Lithuania. From Tasmania to Lithuania is out of the question to spend more money on these scammers.

Shannon was nice in the store room.
My delivery didn't come the original date due to a computer program change.
They accommodated my schedule the next day. Delivery guys were polite and efficient.
They set up the platform and new mattress nicely.

Horrible Experience— Scam and Run Around
My partner and I bought a mattress during the closeout sale. They have now missed three delivery dates and no one will answer me when I call the store or the delivery team. I feel like we have been stolen from and scammed. I only get an answer when I go into the store, nothing happens with phone or email. I need the mattress NOW or my money back

Overall great experience buying a new mattress
Had a great experience buying a mattress from Shannon at Urban Mattress. My wife and I just stopped in unplanned on our way to Central Market because they were advertising a sale. We’d been wanting to upgrade to a king for a while but were overwhelmed from too much online research. Shannon was so helpful and knowledgeable and broke it all down so well. He wasn’t pushy at all, and just walked us through the options. We ended up leaving there with a new mattress and it was a great choice. Highly recommend.
